I came home and took a bite out of my sandwich and thought why does it taste horrible? I asked for Mayo and onions. I guess it was forgotten. But why does it look so pathetic when opening up the sandwich. I never had this sandwich look like this or taste like this. I’m so tired of spending my money on Panera and something is wrong or forgotten or missing. I’m going to have to give them a break.

I waited to give this location a low review after having over $40 in missing food from delivery orders. Each time I’m told the credit will appear the next time I order. NEVER has that happened. $90 orders with $20 worth of food missing on multiple occasions is unacceptable. We will not be ordering from this location, or Panera, again. It’s theft.

I ordered through the app and then I get notified that my order is “running behind” mind you, I only ordered a salad lol. Anyways, I get notified again that my food is ready for pickup. When I walk in to get my food there was a girl sweeping by the register and basically said it’s not ready yet give it 5-10 min. Like what? It’s a salad.

I’m giving this store a 2 star rating only because while the food is good, the customer service is not. They hire teenagers who have an attitude and are not good with people. If you ask favors, such as serving a meal ordered for a homeless person at a table, they cope an attitude and act like it was the worst thing they have been asked. These people don’t have any amount of compassion for people or customer service.

Everytime I have placed an order here and have received an email confirming my order is ready, it isn’t. My pastry was just thrown in the bag on top of a hot food order and melted over everything, this is pathetic. It seems more of a policy to complete an order even if it isn’t ready. There is absolutely no customer service at this Panera and my order is wrong 50% of the time.

This is the second faux pas at this Panera Bread at the Colonnade Center. Placed the order just fine… I get a text message that the order was ready. I arrived at the restaurant only to find that the order was never made. I waited another 13 minutes for the order. The excuse from the guy in the back [who didn’t want to be there] was he clicked the done button because he thought the chicken was done. That sent me the text message. I’ll never return to this Panera bread. I deleted my account… I didn’t fight for a refund.
