Since relocating from New York, I have not had a decent bagel. Raleigh is known for biscuits, not bagels. I had a hard time finding somewhere to fulfill my craving. I was desperate and ordered from Panera but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my lunch. I decided on a everything bagel toasted with chive/onion cream cheese and paired it with a Mediterranean bowl with avocado for lunch.

Customer service was outstanding. OUTSTANDING! By far the best dining I’ve experienced including higher end downtown restaurants. Spacious seating and various options from outside to fireside to booths. All the staff were friendly even during lunch rush hour. What an amazing team!

Edit: 40+ minutes and still have not gotten food. This location got rid of their drive through. Had to sit in the parking lot to place my order, wait 10 minutes, then get in line in the drive through. Then waited another 10 minutes in the drive through because there were cars waiting on their food ahead of me. 30 minutes here so far and have not received my food (4 cars ahead in line). Not sure why they got rid of the drive through but this is no longer a quick lunch spot.

I’ve had issues here with coffees being out, hot and iced, and hot coffee coming out cold – meaning they’ve not been changed in possibly 2 or more hours (I think), and I find the sugars being out or milks room temp; so generally the rotation of supplies and such in this Cafe could use some improvement.

I visited this place on 8/14 .. Made a online order.. Customized it.. Order said Rapid pick up.. Order wasn’t in rapid. Had to ask for order.. Received it with things I wanted to take off.. Goes back in.. Asked for a refund.. Thomas the manager made me wait about 10 mins..He also was RUDE to even be a manager.. Told me my online order wasn’t Customized.. And it asks to to confirm at the end.. Needless to say a refund is on the way.. But Thomas sure acted like he was paying me back with his own money.. So thanks panera for making me no breakfast..

Located on glenwood ave. Rite between the comfort inn and golden corral. Great location parking is a hassle . Nice and clean looking inside with a friendly staff.. tried ther new sparkling water they had an it was mango orange flavored. They have self service orderin at the location 2 avoid the long line. Also a drive thru option is available but that is much slower than parkin yur car and just goin in store an placin order. Wait time an turnaround is some thing that needs 2 be worked on at this location.

As an indecisive family of 3, going with the Family Feast was an obvious choice. You choose 1 of 3 soups, 1 of 2 salads, 4 half sandwiches (there are about 6 to choose from), and comes with a baguette and 4 chocolate chip cookies! The soup and salad easily serve 4, and the broccoli cheese soup is always a win! The sandwiches are large portions, the service was fast and friendly and it was pretty affordable for everything that it included.
