So had gotten this sandwich tonight on my way to work. Now I know they don’t put ketchup on their original chicken sandwich’s. Tonight I had gotten half way through when my bun had flopped over and I seen a red substance on my sandwich. Was highly nauseous after seeing it.

Service is horrible here no food is ever ready they want you to pull forward. anytime you ask for no mayonnaise they putting it on there, it seems like extra. The African American girl taking your order is so disrespectful. Then they let you order drinks without telling you there’s no ice so your soda is flat. They don’t need to work fast food if they don’t like customer service jobs. I won’t come back to this location.

This KFC needs to be shut down. They do not know how to cook chicken it is burnt and old. They are very unprofessional. They have a sign saying they do not offer money back after they even cannot cook the food right you should take the name away from them they do not deserve it.

The cashier Gabrielle was rude and didn’t listen to anything we were saying I wanted a combo 8 and all she gave me was just the chicken and not the rest of the meal and we order 3 different meals and we only got 2 drinks and we’re were missing one of our drinks ,I believe she needs to be retrained because her customer Service sucks ,I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I bought a 4 pc deal and they put me 2 wings instead of 1 wing and 1 leg. It is gine I guess. Then I asked for sauce and honey when ordering and they forgot. They put me 2 mashed potatoes instead of 1 mac and cheese and 1 mashed potatoes. Then I came back to the lobby to ask for an exchange for the mashed potatoes and get the mac and cheese and the young white lady said: Did you asked for mac and chesse and mashed potatoes with an attitude of challenge. Haha. And I was proper and answered yes. Instead of fixing their mistake she tried to challenge me. This generation thinks they are so smart. But anyways I will not engage with a kid that still needs permision to go to the bathroom.
They gave me the sauce and honey they missed anf I got the mac and cheese they mistake as well. The mac and cheese as shown is not even full.
I will go to a different location. This is a waste of time. Hire adults instead of cocky kids if you want your franchise to work owner.
