As someone who frequents this place because of proximity, it’s absolutely the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been too. There’s crumbs everywhere – the floor, the drink station, all over tables. Tables are rarely ever wiped off. I sat here for two hours once and saw a table that was used by at least 3 families that was never wiped off in between. The charged lemonades stay empty.

This location starts to have food quality issue. We eat in Panera around 5-6 times per month. Over a month the lettuce quality went down in this location. Initially we thought this is just some 1 time off issue, but it has been going on for a long time to notice. My salad regulary comes with 1/4 of rotten pieces. Looks like the staff here does not care about food quality anymore.

Panera bread, quality with good price. In this occasion, I asked for the Family meal, 4 half sandwiches, four soups and a big Greek salad. Everything was delicious, and it feels healthy. You can combine different sandwiches, salads, and soups. The place was very clean, they have self-service and options for blind people. The food was ready really quickly. The location is really convenient, close to the 55. This is a place to go and repeat, with different options to ask.

The food was palatable. The dining area was a mess .. 430pm on Sunday … food, wrappers on most every table and the floor. The carpet was wet and our shoes stuck to the tile floors. Had I seen the dining area before we ordered, I would’ve walked out. Staff standing around chatting. Probably will NOT eat here again.

What the heck is it with Panera and NEVER having souffles!?!? Yet again I’m at a store at 9 am, and they are “COMPLETELY SOLD OUT”. It’s not like I’m rolling in at 10:45 expecting one. This has GOT to be like the ice cream machine “being broken” at McDs all the time because they think cleaning them is too hard. AND the floors were so sticky my shoes almost came off and there was no dark roast coffee. There’s other options out there and if you don’t have the souffles, then why bother coming in and spending all that money. (sigh).
