I give up. I order delivery fairly frequently and keep telling myself it will get better but it doesn’t. It’s actually getting worse! There is always something wrong with the order, and I’m not being dramatic here. Something missing is the most common, as there are multiple ingredients in the Mediterranean bowl, which is what I order the most. I have had some pretty bad “grilled cheese sandwiches” in the past.

Ordered food an 1 1/2 hr ahead of pickup time. Decided to try again after previous disappointments here. On arrival was told sorry, each of your items have since been sold out and your order was “bumped”. This was a special meal for kid on his birthday and they failed to deliver items pre purchased. You can’t deliver on your product. Close your doors till you figure it out.

Always fantastic service and food!!! The French onion soup in a bread bowl is one of my favorite items to get. The bakery items are always fresh. Definitely try the chocolate pastry if you haven’t already.

Every place and person can have a bad day but this was worth a review. This was 4/27/23 in the morning so that management can review. The manager on site (i am assuming since was wearing different uniform than any one else) needs to be retrained or demoted. I said hello and no response just a angry stare. Coffee was cold. I don’t mean not hot i mean as cold as tap water. To go order with food that required utensils and no utensils or napkins given. This biggest problem was the manager though. The other things cold have been over sites or accidents. That rudeness of the manager was deliberate. Multiple customers received the same behavior. I get you can have a bad day. You remove yourself and recompose.

Okay I’m so beyond disappointed! I paid $20 for what looks like hospital food l. I asked for a French onion soup and all I got was broth with a few pieces of onion in it. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl and got 3 pieces of chicken. I will NEVER spend money at this place again ! Absolutely disgusting.

The Mac n cheese was thin and liquidy, I got a $5 and it’s like the tiniest coffee ever. But mostly I’m leaving this review because the bowl I got was just gross, invest in a magic eraser.

First photo is the “blueberry ” bagel I ordered. With I don’t 5-6 blueberries. 2nd is a pic from the app for a blueberry peach smoothie. I ordered for my son who isn’t a picky eater he is a NON-EXISTENT EATER. He actually said he’d try it. I was totally excited he’d try something. He survives on Pediasure. Unfortunately 3rd is what he got. They only refunded the smoothie. And he’s not willing to try anything else. So, it set us further back with him even entertaining to try something again.
