If this was like the picture on menu all would be good. This was a sad sad representation of a sandwich. The soup was good but cool. The bread was good. Went to get the raspberry tea & it only poured water. Went with the whole theme of bread & water for lunch. The fruit cup was ok. Won’t be coming back here n the future. My meal & my daughters was $35…for bread & water. Also took 24 minutes for them to prepare w very few customers here.

It used to be good. Some time ago. Now, they like to mess up your orders. Their warm bowls are smaller than usual, sometimes they put cilantro in some warm bowl which should have cilantro, their soups cups are almost half full, they don’t follow your customized orders.. They are usually out of sides (baguettes or chips) when I order (maybe it’s just me who order at the wrong time).

I’m ordered a “whole” chicken teriyaki bowl, in the picture is what I got…. No silverware in my drive thru bag. I walked in to retrieve my own silverware, and the young lady at the counter acted like I was the one inconveniencing her.

Went to pick up some bagles .And some cream cheese .Asiago cheese are good.I was very surprised that they had some left on Saturday. Had to drive across town to get them worth the drive.Just make sure if you’re going to pick up bagles call before you go. The server I had was very friendly and helpful. Just don’t like the idea of driving across town. Picked up half dozen.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was told to look on my phone or go online to see the menu. I was already at the restaurant. I tried to read the menu on the wall and found what I wanted and I went up to the cashier. I made my order. I was asked if I had rewards I told her I did not know and she didn’t bother to check until I asked her to check. Then I went to my table and waited. My buzzer went off. I went to the counter to turn it in to get my mail. There was no one at the counter. I didn’t wanna put my buzzer up until I got my lunch. I finally asked the lady that was making food. She said oh it’s right there and I said well how was I supposed to know if it was mine or someone else. She just turned with no answer. There is no customer service anymore. I will not be back to this restaurant. I guess the only way to use this restaurant is to go online, which I won’t do.

Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup and a cookie. The cheese in the grilled cheese clearly wasn’t even melted and tastes old. Probably left over sliced cheese from months ago. Also the tomato soup was cold and flavorless, and they forgot my kid’s cookie. Carilion’s hospital food is more edible than this. I’m amazed this glorified jail food is keeping them in business.

Nothing beats warm soup delivered on chilly nights during cold/flu season! And Panera is great for reasonably priced and delicious soups. Their staff and management team are extremely helpful and friendly whether in person orders or online.

Went to Panera for breakfast. We attempted 3 different orders – got told they were out of basics (eggs, bagels) Tried to get a souffle they had on display. Was told it expired 15 minutes earlier….we left.

This location used to be excellent. I will not eat here anymore. You’re paying high dollar for food & they give you very small portions. Look in your bag people if you’re ordering online or through drive through to make sure you’re actually getting adequate amount of good in your containers. They actually threw my bread right on top of the napkins & utensils without it being wrapped up. I got barely any food in my whole teriyaki chicken bowl!! It was child size portion with most of the bowl empty!!! I paid around $13.00 for that! Do better please!!
