I went here with a group the other night and we had a great experience! The place was clean and super cute. The staff were exceptionally awesome and friendly (especially Angel!) and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely would come again!

I’m beginning to wonder if Panera employees even know the difference between romain lettuce and iceberg lettuce. This is the third Panera Bread I’ve been to where I ordered a modified sandwich expressing only romain lettuce and no iceberg lettuce or mixed greens. I get my order and once getting back to work I find it has iceberg lettuce. Aside from this ongoing systemic issue with several Panera Breads, the employees were nice and the atmosphere wasn’t too bad either. But, if a manager sees this, please educate your employees on fulfilling orders exactly, if they’re willing to make this mistake, what’s to say they won’t do the same mistake if a customer marks an allergy? Then you have a lawsuit on your hands.

Opening day and game on!!! Fresh and tasty food in a new clean location. If you order at the counter, they are giving out freebies for a limited time. There’s coupons available after you place your first order. The food was delicious. I highly recommend!!

I had to edit my first review. This review may be a little harsh! I got to Panera Bread around 7:44am February 2nd. I walked up to the counter, very nice young lady who took my order of a croissant toasted with butter THAT WAS IT! All I wanted. I figured I would order it for a co worker ( because she loves Croissants) but.. I had no idea it would just be thrown in the bag ( not wrapped up or anything) with 2 packs of whipped butter thrown in there along with it and napkins (it’s now contaminated) how embarrassed was I when my coworker opened up the bag to pull her croissant out to eat (I had no idea it was like that because I did not look inside the bag before I had given it to her. needless to say, I told her to throw it away… it was only $2.11 anyways but that isn’t the issue., it’s the principle of the matter!
Do better Panera Bread, your customers are happy that you are here in this area, but you cannot just throw a sandwich in a paper bag unwrapped with napkins and condiments in it and hand it to your customers. I offered to buy my co-worker lunch instead

I recently placed a drive-through pickup order at your restaurant and provided my name at the window as instructed. I was told to drive around, and after waiting 20 minutes, I had to provide my name again, and the representative then asked whether I had placed the order at the correct location. At no point was I asked for an order number or any additional verification that could have helped locate my order. This led to unnecessary confusion and a longer wait than expected. I visit this location often to pick up doordash orders. Today was the only day I’ve been in there the longest amount of time. I waited over 10 minutes for an order (didn’t have an issue with that). My issue was with how a customer was treated for asking a question. He was picking an order for his wife and wasn’t sure where he needed to go. He had told one of the employees that he was there to pick up an order and the lady told him to check the shelf. It wasn’t there. He then proceeds to say the name of the order he’s picking up and just wanted them to know he was there. Well the employee cut him off and told him “we’ll let you know when it’s ready”. It’s how she said it that rubbed me the wrong way and it rubbed him the wrong way as well because he told her there wasn’t a need to get snappy. So because the drive thru was backed up, he gets an attitude or brushed off like he doesn’t matter. Unacceptable.

The food is always delicious and this is the first time I’ve been to Panera in a while. New facility here and they forgot my bread with my soup. I drive 18wheelers so I have to work or otherwise I would’ve been right back to get it. I call and no one answered at 2pm. I hate leaving reviews but this has me kinda in my feeling bc ive been sick and wanted some good soup WITH MY BREAD . THE ONE THING THAT COMES WITH ALL SOUP
