This is the 2nd time at this location and I thought at first the lady taking the orders was having a bad day. Now again the same crappy service from her.
Very sour when speaking to customers, when talking to her she does listen to you like completely ignores you. I love Jimmy John’s. Whatever is happening to her and she’s expressing it to the customers that a bad reflection and it does frustrates that I’m trying to have a good ordering experience. She didn’t give me the cup I needed for my drinks.

The experience was already ruined as I walked into the door. Staff looked unmotivated ans annoyed. I walked up and said good afternoon, I was met with blank stare and no response.
After ordering, lady seemed annoyed that I ordered… I went to get sweet tea, they had none as well as unsweetened. When I brought it to the employees attention that they didnt have sweet tea he said I could use sugar packets. I told him they didnt even have unsweetened tea. Guy seemed annoyed that I pointed it out. As I was leaving the guy said they’d make some tea real fast… I don’t have time to wait for them to make tea. Horrible experience with the staff.

If you work late and don’t always have the time to go out for lunch. Get a sandwich from this place before heading to work. Don’t worry about your bread getting soft and soggy by the time you have to eat it. The bread doesn’t get that way. Their bread is not like subway. They also have a app and every 4 sandwiches you buy with the app, the 5th one is free. ::: UPDATE::: Now I’m helping out my mom ever since her oxygen spills and lately she’s been craving Jimmy John’s. I downloaded the app for her, and every now and then, I go get lunch from here. The place really hasn’t changed much. Which is a good thing. Keep it up Jimmy John’s!

I ordered on-line and have been waiting awhile for my order to be delivered. I then received a call about 20mins after I placed the order and the guy told me that they do not accept cash, only credit card and to give me the credit card number to complete the order. First of all, I never give out my credit card number over the phone to anyone, secondly, why is it an option when ordering on-line if you want to pay cash or credit card. Now to figure out something else to be delivered. What a pain! Remove the cash option on on-line ordering then…geeze!!!!

I used to come here often, the service was really good. Stopped coming because of the costumer service. Finally decided to come back and asked for a toasted bread. Not extra toasted. Staff not friendly at all. Definitely won’t be returning.

The atmosphere was decent and the food was alright but I didn’t like that the workers looked like they weren’t present. They got my order wrong because they weren’t listening. I’ll go to Subway or Firehouse next time.

Employees turned off toaster and didn’t bother to tell us even though we ordered toasted sandwiches. When we told them they basically said nothing and looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I did raise my voice, I had a very unsettling day and was starving. Never again Jimmy John’s.

I ordered the spicy Italian on wheat. Best sandwich I’ve had in a while. I’ve tried an Italian sandwich at different places & this is the best one I’ve had, so far. I love the Capicola. The sauce & peppers added great flavor.

Most of the time I receive my delivery order fairly quickly, however, this particular day it took over an hour to deliver 2 miles away and I received the sandwich pictured which was mostly bread. Needless to say it was not worth the wait.

Don’t give a bad review if your visits are USUALLY great. This location is the BEST! If they get your order incorrect, they are polite and apologetic. We asked them to cut our gargantuan into thirds and not only do they cut it into thirds without a problem, but they also wrapped it in thirds. They made it so convenient for us to eat on the road which we often have to do because I have kids that need to be in all kinds of places at the same time. They are always in a good mood and the staff is consistent. So glad you guys are here. We love you.
