This was one of the nicest Panera bread locations I’ve been to. I got a couple items (autumn soup and Santa Fe chicken salad sandwich) that were seasonal that were pretty good.

Let’s start with ease of ordering from Panera. This time via their app. It was easy to use, they had a special offer for BOGO $5 off. Great offer to use in 2 Asiago steak stack, which is new on their menu for a limited time. It had real time notification that they ran out of red onions and you can click ok to continue the order.

The order confirmation came quickly as an email confirmation and a slide bar showing real time when the order is being prepped to bring ready for pickup.
You can choose to pick up at drive thru where you mention your last name, of pick up inside the cafe.
Mine was ready when it indicated it would be.
The bagels came toasted and was still warm when I brought them home within a mile from the store. They were proportion of steak wasn’t stingy. The only criticism I have is that they should have substituted the red onion with something else that would have given the crunch needed against the vegetable cream cheese spread. The steak wasn’t as spicy as advertised. But over-all still good enough, a 4 out of 5 in food and value!

Cold coffee, empty coffee. Empty or cold hot water. Coffee at all Paneras is weak, but they have options for added espresso. SipClub is a bargain.
Fireplace is sometimes on.
It’s a busy place, good location.
Nice staff, friendly employees here.

But, Gross smells everywhere-carpet, floors, bathrooms. Sticky floors, dirty bathrooms. People cannot seem to find the large trash bins so they stuff all their personal garbage and foods, drinks, etc into the tiny coffee area bin.

Where do I start. I have to say this has to be the worst Panera location. I already had two incidents with this location. The first time I ordered my meal and went to pick it up I asked the gentleman behind the counter wjo was making the food if my order was correct. He looked in the bag for 2 seconds, gave me my bag, and said yeah everything is there. When I arrived home, there was a sandwich missing, so I brought it back and they were kind enough to give me a drink, a couple of cookies, and an apology. Today was the second time that I had an issue. I ordered two sandwiches from the same location. When I got there they tell me they don’t have peppers for my sandwich. This was not information provided during tge time I ordered it. I wasted my time that completing this order and traveling to pick up my order. At this point, I think they need new management inside of the store. It’s a great location but poor management is going to kill the business.

Awful. The worst. First a gentleman walked through the parking lot as we slowly followed him to access parking. Maybe, not block the entire driving space employee.
The woman taking our order could not listen, understand, or care.
But the food was atrocious or lackluster at best.
The avocado toast is a light see-through smear of avocado drowning in salty everything seasoning. Pretty sure ANY avocado is meant to balance out that disgusting wash of salt.
The oatmeal tastes ok but the texture is dry and lumpy and terrible.
The chai tea I had to ask for when picking up our order was insanely over flavored/sweetened and also disgusting.

I’d skip this Panera y’all.

Food is mediocre. Not warm. They were out of both milk and romaine lettuce. Coffee was terrible and also not warm, like nauseatingly bad/old. I guess it was an improvement that they had the dark roast this time, other times the carafes were empty. Service was okay other than hearing “take it off that’s gross!” loudly and repeatedly from the kitchen while eating. Atmosphere is mediocre, never super clean and the music is absolutely terrible making it hard to work. Even the little tablet you order from was grimey. I got the feeling of bad management and not good kitchen. They didn’t even warm up my pastry that I said was for here, just put it cold in the to-go box. I’ve come a few times because of location, and this time has been the most awful. I don’t plan on coming back if I can avoid it.

Well. Service was good. First time at a Panera. So didn’t know what was what and what things were. The lady behind the counter answered all my questions with out attitude. Food was prepared fast and hot. At least hot items that should be hot were hot. Food was pretty good. No complaint. Most of my issues were how dirty this place was. It’s a shame. I would have given a better review. Trash was overflowing, drink machines were not clean. Food all over the floor, seats, and tables. Short staff or not. Your business needs to stay clean. The cleaner the more repeat customer you will get. This has knocked me off of this place. I’ll try another Panera. If it’s as dirty as this place. I won’t have to go back. If you want to know how expensive a place is. Well we were a family of 2 adults and two small children. The children got a sandwich, an apple, an yogurt. Then two meals for the adults. We walked out almost 70$ less. Meals didn’t include any drinks. Easy on and off the main road. Small parking lot.

I got to try their almond croissant during Veterans Day, and it was good. Flaky, buttery, and not overly sweet, just the right balance of almond flavor and crunch. I also really love that the bakery did something special for Veterans Day, it’s thoughtful and shows how much they care about the community. Definitely coming back for another croissant soon! Thank you, Panera!

Should not have to wait 24 minutes at the drive through and watch 3 vehicles pass you after your told to pull up when you only order 4 sandwiches. Will not use this location again, and “manager” didn’t know how to handle it other the offered a “free pastry” for my inconvenience.

I ordered the Chicken Roma Asiago sandwich with a soup and the pomegranate hibiscus tea. Instead they gave me the wrong sandwich and the drink was so watered down. I can’t believe I paid a lot of money just to get the wrong order and a watery drink. 🙁 I would not recommend getting your food from this Panera!
