Well. Service was good. First time at a Panera. So didn’t know what was what and what things were. The lady behind the counter answered all my questions with out attitude. Food was prepared fast and hot. At least hot items that should be hot were hot. Food was pretty good. No complaint. Most of my issues were how dirty this place was. It’s a shame. I would have given a better review. Trash was overflowing, drink machines were not clean. Food all over the floor,seats,and tables. Short staff or not. Your business needs to stay clean. The cleaner the more repeat customer you will get. This has knocked me off of this place. I’ll try another Panera. If it’s as dirty as this place. I won’t have to go back. If you want to know how expensive a place is. Well we were a family of 2 adults and two small children. The children got a sandwich, an apple, an yogurt. Then two meals for the adults. We walked out almost 70$ less. Meals didn’t include any drinks. Easy on and off the main road. Small parking lot.

I consistently receive food in poor quantity. The coffee drinks aren’t even filled up all the way (see pic, I haven’t taken a sip yet).The warm bowl only had 2 small pieces of chicken in it and wasn’t even 1 portions worth of food. Typically half a meal fills me up, I finished the warm bowl in one sitting. Way overpriced for the amount of food/drink you get. I’m consistently disappointed.

The food was scrumptious but the portions are seriously lacking. When you buy a bowl of soup it should be more than half a spoon bowl deep. If they keep cutting back on portions they will be charging for just the smell. They do sell their soup in the grocery store and way cheaper. Good thing there are other places in the area to partake of a meal.

Seriously friendly staff every single visit. I have a Sip Club subscription (which, by the way, if you don’t know about it, it’s amazing and a steal of a deal) so I’m there nearly daily and every time is a positive experience. My food is always right and fresh. The staff is always smiling and seem like they are happy and supported in their workplace.

I have only ever wrote one other review but feel I should write one so the managers understand the poor situational awareness of their employees filling out To go orders. I like to always give second, third chances but I have just received another to go order missing an entire breakfast sandwich. This happens all the time at this location. I recommend never using DoorDash because they are unable to look in the to go orders. If you order here, check the food order for all the items

I’d only been to their drive thru until the middle of April 2022. I love their soufflé… you can’t go wrong with the 3 they offer but they stop serving them around 10:30 a. m. Yesterday I dined inside their Kempsriver restaurant. One glass door was shattered so it’s just an unsightly piece of plywood. I didn’t know that no one seats you or approaches you. You either order at the kiosk or with the cashier. You pay and receive a beeper. You then pick up your order and take it to your table. Once you’ve eaten you clear your table and empty the trash, stack your dishes and bowls. I’m not sure why we’re required to tip the cashier because you do all the work. They have a tasty Asian salad but it’s over priced. Tried the drive thru in the middle of May 2022 and even tho the lady in front of me and I myself were there in line long before 10:30 a.m. we were both denied the breakfast soufflés.

0/5 I haven’t been to this location in a couple years and it has gone ALL THE WAY DOWN HILL. The bathrooms were disgusting by 11am? No toilet paper had to reach under to the next stall. Gross.
