I love Panera, especially their salads, sandwiches and bowls, and we order take-out (sometimes delivery) from this location two to three times a month. Staff is typically very courteous and helpful. My only critiques for improvement are that there have been mistakes with orders, either an ingredient or item is left out (or added if it was specified that it be removed) and that portion sizes aren’t consistent. The errors haven’t prevented us from continuing to order now and then, but it IS frustrating to have to make an extra trip back to the store to correct an order or, at the least, to feel disappointed with what you get for the money. Overall, I give 4 stars.

(Never been to Panera before today) took my mom here for lunch today. First the cashier was very rude. We could not hear her over the machine running in the background. My mother tried to tell her what she wanted to order as she proceeded to talk over my mom. And the lady acted like my mom knew what comes with everything and should have already have known what all of the options are for sides. And said to my mom I’m not going to keep switching screens. can you answer my questions. My mom has cancer is in a wheelchair on chemo and is 70 years old for god sake. I ordered my food. We went back to the house to eat. My mom did not have any complaints about her food. But mine was awful. I got the buffalo chicken melt. And it was terrible. The bread was ROCK HARD. Was little to no chicken at all 95% just bread maybe 3 onion slivers and It had like one burnt/hard slice of nasty craft cheese on it. And what little bit of buffalo sauce they did put on it tasted like floor stripper smells. Also my buffalo chicken melt had Mac and cheese on the end of it. Didn’t know that came in the melt. Or at least only one side of it . I definitely won’t be going here ever again.

Don’t use the kiosk to order something new, the photos they use are not an accurate representation. You choose the size you want, bread bowl being a separate option, however, you get barely any mac and cheese especially for the significant price increase. However the mac and cheese is really good I wouldn’t buy the bread bowl again cause the portion is a rip off. Food is over all good, service at the counter is a little lacking. I will swing by again for the food but now I know what I’m ordering just don’t get your hopes up too high for the serving sizes

Love the food here and the renovation made things better, BUT during really busy times their bathroom is just horrible. Pretty much any Panera in our area is like that and I really hate it. We have a Panera saying – Clean Food and Dirty Bathrooms. Most of the time I do rapid pick-up and it doesn’t bother me. The new seating area outside is great too!

I enjoy Panera’s breads, pastries, soups and sandwiches! I usually go to Panera in North Suffolk; a total different atmosphere than this Panera! We were ignored as we stood at the counter; there were personnel present and even looked at us, but never spoke! Because we were hungry, we stayed and put our order through their electronic system!! The young lady who called my daughter’s name when our order was ready, was the closest and the only pleasant interaction we had… This Panera puts the chain to shame; it wasn’t clean… The floors needed to be swept and mopped!! It’s disappointing when you know what it could and should have been!!!

I came here before and I have ordered this dish before, but this was not good at all. It was cold and bland. And the cook in the back pushing orders out was rude. I dropped a ridiculous amount of money on this meal. Never again. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

First time tasting pizza here and it won’t he my last. Don’t be alarmed .. the bite mark is mine. I was so excited that I took a bite before I took a photo. I ordered the cheese pizza and already know that I would order it again. I really enjoyed it.I ate half of it and was full which is great because I can have the other half later. I definitely recommend it. They have a few to choose from but this one is just cheese.
