Haven’t been to this panera’s in a long time.
Bake the it had lots of different and delicious bread! But on this visit seemed just like a restaurant. Serv yourself restaurant.

2nd time I’ve had issues with this location. First time my order was never delivered to me. This time I went in ordered in person was waiting 25 minutes, and my food still was not being prepared and the restaurant was not busy. Ended up getting my order Refunded. Crazy to me that you’re waiting 25 minutes for an in person order and the restaurant was not even half full. Would never recommend going to this location. Thankful for the girl at the front who helped me she was super nice offer offered me a free pastry For the inconvenience. I declined the pastry, but that was still very nice of her to offer.

Please wipe down tables. and sweep. The Store was a little nasty/DIRTY. Bathroom needs cleaning. The Food was MID.. Bread and little hard and soup was more on the Cool-Warm Side instead of the Warm-Hot side.. I had a 30 gift card and my haft Sandwich, 6 Tablespoons of Cheddar Soup and a drink $19. Smh. With my $11 dollars left on my gift card maybe I will buy an overpriced cookie or cinnamon roll… Do Better Panera Bread…

Similar names and exceptional experiences all around. Brady is leading by example, such a great experience, and I loved the positive energy! The managers and their team are working together seamlessly to keep orders on track during the busy dinner rush. They’re absolute rockstars!

Today I was really hungry. I’m a nurse and had a really busy day. I had coffee and half of salad. Got home late but just in time to take my kid to soccer practice. His practice ended at 9pm so we showed up to Panera pretty late. (They close at 10) I ordered a family meal and the system was not working smoothly. It took awhile but the employees were able to get the order in. I could tell everyone was trying to close and still accommodate a late customer. We were given some bread and my son and I just started eating it on the spot. I’m sure we looked a mess! Huddled together just tearing up pieces of bread. We were so thankful in that moment that Panera was still open, and filled with kind employees. I truly wish everyone the best that was working that night! My whole family thanks you!

Unprofessional. The one lady got smart with me after I told her I was pointed to the bakery. And then she even followed me out to my car and after telling her to have a good day. she still approached my driver side. And then went inside and told her boss or whatever a different side of things. These businesses around here literally don’t give a crap about the third party delivery people. Saladworks is better than Panera anyway.

You place your order at a kiosk upon entering. The restaurant itself seemed clean and fairly well kept. I did carry out so you pick up the order at the counter. The order was prepared very quickly. The prices are high for small portions, but the food is good.

It seems to have gone downhill. Tables and booths very dirty, full of crumbs, food particles even in the mornings. Empty coffee/creamer/milks. Dirty floors and bathroom.
Staff is loud talking about personal business behind the front counter.
Happy to be able to get a mug again.

Don’t use the kiosk to order something new, the photos they use are not an accurate representation. You choose the size you want, bread bowl being a separate option, however, you get barely any mac and cheese especially for the significant price increase. However the mac and cheese is really good I wouldn’t buy the bread bowl again cause the portion is a rip off. Food is over all good, service at the counter is a little lacking. I will swing by again for the food but now I know what I’m ordering just don’t get your hopes up too high for the serving sizes
