Update: I ordered a sprouted wheat bun, egg white, avocado, tomato, and spinach breakfast sandwich. It was so incredibly tasty!!! Also- a cream cheese and cherry danish ring. It had cinnamon in it and striped icing. It was a sweet tooth lover’s perfect pastry! Just what I needed with my coffee.

Disappointed in the poor service. I left without completing my order. There was a transaction issue with my gift card, and it advised me to see an associate for assistance. I stood at the counter and waited for a cashier to return to the open register. No luck with being patient. Perhaps this was an isolated incident. Maybe I’ll have better luck at another location.

Unbelievably slow service and bad attitude!!! It took them almost 30 minutes to prepare my bagel with cream cheese. I ordered at 10am, so it was in no way the rush hour. There was another woman ahead of me that kept asking about her order as well. They won’t even respond to you. They just act like they can’t hear you. It’s disgusting. After all the waiting, they got the order wrong. I ordered the bagel darkly toasted (how hard is that!!) And they didn’t toasted it AT ALL!! Again, the attitude is that if you’re going to come to their restaurant, you’re going to be punished. Never again!!!

Ordered a small turkey sandwich lettuce served with the smallest pieces of bread maybe 2 slices of turkey & bacon had to scale back the crust of bread was too tough to bite let alone chew…only thing worth my money was the cheddar soup & the drink they can never get my hard earned again…my friend ordered a pepperoni flat bread she didn’t/couldn’t see the pepperoni so, she didn’t want it & ordered a deli turkey sandwich & was still disappointed even though she ate it…we were hungry & sadly HANGRY ☹️

I find this place more spacious than the one in west broad but not as elegant as I am expecting. computer assisted kiosks are available when ordering in case you don’t want to fall in line you just pick a number and it will be delivered to you at the table. clean area. good staff. as usual, foods are delicious and freshly made.

I love Panera Bread, but this particular location’s service is as slow as molasses. I have waited for over 15 minutes for my food to be prepared more than once. I am assuming that they are severely understaffed, I try not to be impatient, but sheesh! If you are ever in a time crunch and need to eat quickly, pass this location by. I have even placed an online order when I was 20 minutes away and still had to wait upon my arrival.

I ordered my food at the kiosk at the front. After I ordered my food, I went and sat down to wait for it a few minutes. Later I got up and asked the first employee behind the counter at the pick up station if there was anyway I could grab my large drink while I waited. She stopped and looked at me and said you should’ve picked it up at the front When you ordered you food. At that time I told her that there were no large drinks up at the front. She seem to of ignored me, and at that time I walked up to another employee that grabs my drink cup for me. After I went and sat down, I waited a few more minutes and got my order at which time I walked out to my car and realized that my order was wrong. After the first interaction the least I could’ve done was got my order, right.
