Panera just lost us as customers. Ordered a turkey sandwich and a tuna with EXTRA tuna. There was no tuna on half of the sandwich. Sucks. Turkey sandwich was fine but not willing to spend $35 on two sandwiches when one side of the tuna sandwich has no tuna at all. Only thing double was the lettuce, which we did not want doubled. Manager was kind enough to refund the order. Lesson learned.

This new location is horrible compared to the one they just closed. The seating is ugly, uncomfortable and not at all welcoming. The line staff leaves people sitting and waiting for a half hour while filling drive through orders instead.

3 stars only for this new drive thru because for the last 3 visits, they had run out of main ingredients for specialty salads which limited my choices in a vegetarian diet. I’d never experienced this issue at other Panera over the years. The prices are also becoming ridiculous, especially the cold beverages. On the positive side, customer service is consistently welcoming.

Food is very good and tasty. Plenty of cold drinks and coffees for your selection. Food comes out in a timely manner. They forgot to give us a fruit cup one time. The order tablets don’t always work correctly. Overall great place to eat for a quick bite.

Ordered for pick up later in the evening, long after rush hour. If you look at the receipt, it says “modified” in black, bold, indicating a modification to arguably the world’s simplest order. “No feta”. That’s it. At the bottom it says “Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know”.

Tonight I ordered rapid pickup around 6:30 pm. The chicken Cobb salad I ordered barely had any lettuce, the wrong type of onions, and added blue cheese crumbles (even though it’s a risk for me to eat them while pregnant but too fine to pick out.) I order from this location quite frequently and was shocked to receive such poor customer service! Something needs to change.

Panera lost its appeal ..for me at least. I used to go to the staple mill location and the most important thing for me was the ambient of the location and the sitting arrangement that had a bit of privacy. The new location embraces open concept flooring with no privacy and everyone is sitting almost face to face. i gotta cancel my subscription asap.
