My first time at this Carl’s Jr. was in the 1980s. The second time at this location was in August 2022. We went in to order takeout, but the focus of the server was to accommodate all the drive-thru orders first even though we were there before the second and third cars. The fried zucchini was excellent. The burgers were okay. BK and I-and-O have better tasting burgers.

The Bwc is so good. They forgot to give me my drink. This is the 2nd time. Not happy . The drink is a big part of enjoying your meal. 2 times in a row they forgot, and I didn’t think of till I got home and realized it. And don’t ask for it later, the evening lady’s must get alot of that and don’t give you what they forgot.

Great service and the staff was nice. We did have to pull forward but the food was super hot and fresh. They did a great job. We’ve had some not so great experiences with other CJ’s and I just had to share a good one finally.

The customer service was nice and the service was quick however they botched my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo but instead I received a western burger and the soft drink had more carbonation and tasted like they forgot the syrup. And it wasn’t even busy. I arrived at 10:00-10:30 and said my order and they repeated it back and still they got it wrong. Also the wrong order wasn’t even good! Definitely not coming back.

Great customer service the employees are very nice and polite not rushing the people to get there food and go but asking if we need anything else. Also the tone of the young man working there was not a typical tone you get at other fast food places in Stockton. Very sweet and polite and helpful

Carl Jr will be my favorite restaurant out of the burger joints. The manager and staff are very nice and speak Spanish/english.
The prices are now the same as McDonald’s and Burger King in a way which is good because they used to be expensive.
Lots of parking, and an easy drive thru that looks to be remodeled.
The area has a few homeless roaming around for the most part it’s pretty safe.

1/2 of the staff doesn’t seem very keen on communicating with their customers and team while the other half in the back doesn’t speak English, it took 26 minutes to get me a burger causing me to be very late

Absolutely love this location and the great deals available! Very fresh food, incredibly quick service, and friendly staff. A great place to get a true hamburger on a budget. Also offer great burritos that can be customized as requested. Little ones absolutely love the kids meals and the toys available. The fries at this location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for a great meal on the go!
