Ordered penne Rosa and garlic bread. Received penne Rosa with chicken (I’m a vegetarian) and no cheesy garlic bread. Reorder garlic bread because they didn’t ring it in. Wait and wait.. still no bread. They gave it to the wrong table and then served me another round with NO CHEESE. The A/C is also broken in mid July 😀 disappointed is an understatement.

Friendly employees- I’m gluten free (non celiac) and ordered the bbq chicken gluten free noodles. An employee came up to us at the table and confirmed that I didn’t want the crispy jalapenos (not gf) but wanted everything else. It’s rare that restaurant employees take the time to double check dietary requests like that but it was so nice! 4 stars because the portions were not as big as other locations. They have a bathroom but you’ll need to ask for the code.

Every time I upgrade my chicken to parmesan crusted from grilled, I get absolutely no meat at all. Not bad if you order just regular meals and don’t try to make any adjustments. They miss items all the time so I would double check your order before walking away.

Absolutely the worst food and service I’ve ever received. Watched associates walk around dazed and confused. A lot of swearing on the front lines in front of customers. Watched associates sneezing on line and drinking beverages on line. I will not recommend this place. Let alone ever coming back. This wmt first time visit.
