I seriously don’t think this Panera could get any worse.. every time I go (it’s the closest to me by a long shot) I am guaranteed at least a 20-30 min wait in the drive thru. Order ahead? It’s never ready when I get there at the scheduled time. Just another wait. And I’m not sure why that say “open till 9” if you can’t order what you want after a certain time. They start cleaning up and throwing away food before 9 to make sure they are able to leave right after they lock up. Like, post your last call time as well.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! These young people need to be trained on how to speak respectfully to customers. I waited in line for over twenty minutes to just get disrespected. Uncalled for! I asked if they were still serving breakfast and the employee was like….yeah, sure. Straight up attitude and was very disrespectful! If you don’t want the job then don’t work there. Coffee is good until you get that first sip of pure coffee grounds. It happens somewhere around a quarter left more and it is more than anyone could bear. I have mentioned this to staff multiple times and they don’t seem to care enough to fix the issue. Food is not bad, but don’t bother grabbing coffee unless you like to chew the last half…

I my the food was delicious. The cafe was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was really shocked how good the flatbread pizza was and it fed me and my daughter. I ordered the pick 2 so my other pick was a half toasted ciabatta steak and cheddar sandwich I took a bite before I packed it up to be dinner. That little sandwich hit the spot. Anyway I loved the atmosphere.

This is honestly one of the worst Paneras in the area. The food is always good, but the service is consistently subpar. I’ve had several orders not filled properly or just flat out not filled. Today the drive thru was “open”, but no one was there. I even waited 5 minutes before leaving in case they were busy despite the parking lot not being full. I don’t understand why you’d advertise having a drive thru mobile pickup if you don’t plan on having it staffed.

At first it was alright, then i went to take a drink from my OJ since it was hot and i was thirsty and it tasted off, found out it had expired the previous month, when i went to the front desk, there was no one posted, I checked some of the bottles and they were fine, this was only one. I ended up walking to the pick up area to notify the staff about lack of personale up front and about getting a new oj and what to do about the expired oj, she apologized and said I could get a new one and throw out the old one, i took a picture of it laying down so the light could clearly get the expiration date and then threw it out, there was 3 quarters remaining still in bottle.
