I was feeling sick at work and I used to get the chicken noodle soup all the time at Warrenton Panera when sick so I got it here. Not impressed. Looked lime they got the bottom of the pot and added water. Used the bread to sop up the added broth and had not taken any bites of the noodles or veggies but seemed low on both. For the price we pay to to go or take out it should be hearty tbh. Pic added

Panera is a reliable, friendly, healthy option for breakfast, lunch, and even a light dinner. The Culpeper location is conveniently located in the shopping center in the middle of town. The staff was very helpful. And the food is always good. Gotta love a good orange scone!

Food here is as good as any other Panera Bread anywhere else you can find in the country but the service here, at this particular one, is neglectful. Solely, its the people on the front end. Each time I’ve come in thus far all I experience is that they want to socialize and chit-chat than actually serve their customers. Today I ordered my meal on the Kiosk for a pickup. It clearly after the purchase for me to enter my name so when my order is ready, someone will call me. I waited for a considerable amount of time before I grew frustrated. I went to the front to stand there and wait when the cashier asked me if I had been helped yet. I calmly explained I’m still waiting on my order when someone else spoke up to say “Oh, there was an order still sitting out here.” I asked him pointedly “Why was my name not called?” To which he gave no answer but went back to talking to presumably his friends from work as if I wasn’t there.

Ordered a pita cheese pizza 15 minutes ago for my 8 year old, got home and she ate a half a piece and said her tongue was burning. Looks like they used Buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce, tried to call store it rang twice then went straight to a busy sound. Tried to call again and nothing but a busy sound like they took the phone off the hook. Rest of the order was correct.

I’m almost certain the numbers on my credit card were stolen by one of the workers here. One of the girls at the drive thru window walked away with my card for a suspiciously long time. I tried to give her the benefit of doubt since she seemed new. Coincidentally later that day my card was charged for apple electronics that I didn’t purchase.

Ordered tomato soup and got home with broccoli cheese soup. It was still hot and tasted good but not what I ordered. This is the second time I’ve come home with the wrong order. Food is always good but not always accurate. Ordered again today 7 months later in the drive through. Ordered Napa Almond chicken salad sandwich-whole.. got home with a chicken, bacon and avacado sandwich… I’m allergic to avacado. Third time we’ve received the wrong order. I guess I should just start ordering anything off the menu and see what I get.
