Food was good. Especially my order tasted fine.
I got tomato soup in cup and one of new salads.
My partner ordered also salad and sandwich without mayo. But they forgot about his asking and added mayo to order. Only because of this 4 star.
Otherwise workers were friendly.
Restrooms were clean.

Alexis was amazing at Panera Bread!
She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish. She handled everything quickly and with a great attitude, even during a busy time. Customer service like hers makes a big difference, and she truly represents Panera well. Thank you, Ava, for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!

Great hot italian sandwich, bowl of chili and cup of hot tea! Always. My little one enjoyed the macaroni and cheese. My Honey tried the French dipper. It was a hit. As always a great place to go for a meal.

My husband and I usually love grabbing Panera as a quick and easy dinner on busy weeknights or when we don’t feel like cooking. The Culpeper location is definitely starting to slip though. Over the last few months we have often got things left out from our order, like they aren’t checking as they are packing (receipt never has checkmarks next to items like other Panera locations). The cherry on top of it all was the last two weeks. Got Panera for dinner because it was a busy weeknight once last week, and once this week. Both times, either my husband or I got food poisoning and ended up having to stay home sick the following day. This location needs a major refresher course on not only hospitality, but ESPECIALLY on food safety and food handling. Needless to say we will be taking an indefinite break from this location.

I’m Mexican so I know Avocado. Ordered the Chipotle Chicken, Egg and Avo. Avocado was dark. I asked if they had fresher Avocado. They gave me Avocado in a cup which is ok but the ideal thing would be remaking the sandwich. Cook should know better than serving the Avocado that way. I uploaded a picture.

Panera is a reliable, friendly, healthy option for breakfast, lunch, and even a light dinner. The Culpeper location is conveniently located in the shopping center in the middle of town. The staff was very helpful. And the food is always good. Gotta love a good orange scone!

Third time in a week that I ordered and third time they got my order wrong. And the first two times they said they’d make it right and never did. The people are extremely nice but my order is never right. It’s frustrating. We’ll try a different Panera.

Ordered a pita cheese pizza 15 minutes ago for my 8 year old, got home and she ate a half a piece and said her tongue was burning. Looks like they used Buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce, tried to call store it rang twice then went straight to a busy sound. Tried to call again and nothing but a busy sound like they took the phone off the hook. Rest of the order was correct.
