Panera is one of the places to get good sandwiches and salads. It is not known for the espresso bar drinks.
Stop by here for a mocha today while I was out shopping around in the area. Ordered through the app, with a couple of custom requests which probably did not go through. I asked Kary to remake it (less syrup, extra shot) and she did it with a big smile on her face. No issues at all. I was so appreciative of this level of customer service.
Also the inside of the shop was clean. They had good selection in the Bakery. Convenient location with a drive-thru and lots of parking.

Our “soup for a group” broccoli cheddar was hot and tasted as it should. Cashier (Matthew) was helpful in making sure we received the correct number of baguettes.
Based on great customer service, this Panera stands out among those I’ve visited the past 12 months.

I truly enjoy starting my day with a delicious bite, and a caffeine boost at Panera Winchester! The staff is awesome and so super friendly! They get to know you [me] a little bit and remember [me]; which makes me feel so welcome; they not only practice great service and communication, but build relationships in their service that keeps me coming back–the food is good too. I make modifications/special requests to orders and I appreciate this team’s attention to detail! I am a “Sip-Club” member which means I subscribe a little each month, and get access to Panera’s drink menus that include a free (paid for by the membership) drink of any kind up to every 2 hours daily–this comes in so handy on those busy days. I highly recommend the Sip Club membership. THIS IS MY OASIS, THANKS PANERA WINCHESTER, YOU DA BEST!

Ordered one pick two: Mac and cheese and broccoli and cheese soup, and a single autumn soup. I didn’t even receive the autumn soup because I was given tomato soup, they are literally different colors! I watched them while they heated it up in the microwave. I could’ve just bought it at the store ♀️ On top of that, there was barely any Mac and cheese. There was literally no one really working in there. The line was to the door and the GM was doing absolutely nothing. I use to really love this place. It’s gone way down hill. I will not be back.

All I wanted was a bagel and coffee and I had to wait for the kitchen to fix it. So now you have to put in your order at a kiosk, then wait to pick it up at the kitchen area while they make sandwiches. Person also just waiting for a muffin. Will not be frequenting – lost all personal touch and easy in and out for just grabbing a pastry/bagel and coffee.

We went to this establishment about an hour and a half before closing. There was food put up that I wanted to order. They were already cleaning up and counting food items, not paying attention to customers. Some of them were courteous but even the girl who took our order was rude and acted like she didnt know how to answer questions or talk back to the customer.

Having chicken and wild rice soup at Winchester Panera. All the vegetables are hard and not fully cooked. It is usually thick and creamy but very watery and thin today. This soup is hit or miss.

No utensils, the half salads were half built and pretty gross missing dressing. Hair in food. Will remember to skip this one next drive through
