Worst Panera.
Avacardo Melt Sandwich had completely different recipe.
We asked them to dine in but were told that there were no clean plates.
When asked for plates, staff members laughed and said all plates are dirty.
We ate on napkins.
Food tastes nasty and stale, cheese sandwich was burnt.
Incompetent staff. There was no manager to been seen.
No wonder the whole restaurant was empty and dirty.

The quality of Panera has gone down significantly in the past year but this is appalling. This is what the cinnamon crunch bagel looks like now. Is this a joke? Unbelievable. Not sure if it’s just this location or all of Panera but this is a disgrace.

Bought chocolate chipper cookies and Panera bread. Excellent quality. Fresh and very tasty. Sales girls at the counters were quite efficient and quick to attend to customers. They are friendly as well. This outlet is always crowded and there is a high demand for their products.

WORST SERVICE!!!
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no sense of how to speak to customers respectfully. Simple questions were met with attitude, and their behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating.
Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. The owner or management seriously needs to review staff temperament and provide proper training before letting them deal with customers. Basic courtesy and communication skills are completely lacking.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless significant improvements are made in how customers are treated.

Good service. Staff is very nice and friendly. Place is always kept clean. Service is quick. Food is always fresh. Love the soups. Southwest chili salad is great! Love the smoothies. They have new bakery desserts available as well!

Food took a little while and the girls at the counter almost seemed clueless. I love panera bread In general and the food was made correctly. Just wish the service was a little better. The gentleman getting the food ready was an older gentleman who seemed like he really cared about getting my food out to me in a timely manner. He saved the visit.

Very slow customer service, I don’t know how many people working in the kitchen but they are extremely taking longer in preparation. In addition to pick up time you are going to wait between 25-30 minutes, just for soup and grilled cheese.
Sometimes food is ready but employees at the front don’t check and pack it for pickup.
Please work on your timings.

We came to this Panera bread to eat with our family and when we entered their was this cashier named Daryl who took care of us, when we were ordering he kept looking at us in a weird way and not responding to us when we told him we wanted something else. His service was also very terrible and there was a strand of hair in my babies mac n cheese which is very nasty
