Happy Tuesday all. I just had one of the best customer service experiences with Panera Bread located @ 6307 York Road 21212. We ordered online for delivery our order arrived on time. We noticed the ordered had been modified and we were missing 2 bagels. I called immediately I spoke to a young lady who transferred me over to Chanel. Chanel explained to me why the order had been modified she even checked with the young lady who bagged the order who said everything should have been accounted for even with that information Chanel immediately jumped into action to make things right. Not only did she replace the missing items along with more pastries due to them not having the Pastry ring, she also arranged for the items to be redelivered. Chanel said I will call you back after I contact door dash, and she did. Not only did she call back Chanel followed up with me once the delivery left her store as well as after the order was redelivered. I want to thank Chanel and as well as her hard working team for providing outstanding customer service Thank you Panera Bread for having Chanel on your team, she did an amazing job making sure we were satisfied as customers We look forward to using this location again.

I use to enjoy this Paneras not anymore! I have tried to stay a customer because been going there for years. However, my orders now is always wrong or not completed accurately. The drinks such as a latte is horrible!!!!!!!! Please don’t waste your money buy it from there. I guarantee will get a regular coffee. It’s difficult to write this review because I really liked this location but honestly the service have hit a real low!

Came into Panera a couple of days ago during lunch break and it was busy. Service was fast, and customer service was great. However I ordered a chipotle pizza with no bacon but they put bacon on it. Spoke to the manager Tieshae he apologized and it was corrected immediately..

im a regular at panera and everytime i come there I order a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. Today i went and got that same order and it was really good and sweet just how i liked it and the customer service was amazing. I love this specific location they always welcome me when i enter all the employees are friendly if theres a issue with my orders they give me the right assistance the store is very clean im a regular customer i love the food its always prepared very well and i get out the store in a timly manner when im on lunch break
