Was hungry and decided to stop at the closet mcdonalds after my daughter’s appointment. I immediately was handed my food after ordering, red flag already. I pulled off and started munching on the fries, cold. Pulled out the snack wrap sloppily made with soggy Ingredients and a hard cold chicken tender the size of a finger. I decided id call and see if the next time im in the area I could get it remade correctly. The manager was rude and pretty much told me if I dont bring her scrappy food back today she wont do anything about it even with the receipt. I live in north padre so im not always in town and explained that I will take a picture for her if she’d like. She declined said bring the old food by tomorrow or nothing then hung up. Really, its my fault for thinking a mcdonalds was a good choice.

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for my curbside order, and when I finally got it, the 20-piece nuggets were missing. I had to go inside to get them, and when I got home, the nuggets were undercooked so I had to reheat them in the air fryer.
There was also a red hair inside my Big Mac — absolutely unacceptable. The fries were old and tasted bad. The only thing that was okay was the drink. Definitely not the quality I expect from McDonald’s.

I placed my order on the mobile app while in line. I waited 50 minutes!!!! Just to get home and the big Mac i ordered was literally thrown in the box disheveled. This is unacceptable & I will ensure that any one who will listen knows not to visit this location. Horrendous!!!

So I go here after work since I get out late and I order me & kid food from the drive thru I ordered my food and they asked me what sauces I wanted and they tell me to pull the the number 1 in from if the building and they will bring my food, I go a little girl brings me my food with a catty in her hand with sauces since they didn’t put it in the bag, the catty didn’t have the sauces I asked for AT THE WINDOW, and she says “if you want them you can get down and get it” LIKE WHAT?? I’m in the drive thru for a reason, I had my child in the car. They need to stop hiring little kids that can’t do a simple job. Definitely emailing corporate. This isn’t the first time, it’s happened to my mom too. So annoying.

Last night we came here. The only thing I didn’t like was using the machine to order because it messed up on us no one was at the counter to take our order. The girls look at us didn’t even bother to help. There was 2 guys who were very helpful one had curl hair wearing hat with glasses and he was helping everyone the other one had a ponytail he was cleaning and helping. The food was good they messed up on my order and gave me spicy chicken burger but fix it right away. The fries were hot and fresh.

If you are 20 minutes from breakfast ending do not go to the drive through. I had an online order and when I finally got to the window they told me it was automatically cancelled since it was10:31 and breakfast was over. I said I would place another order and it would not let me, because The app was telling me I still had an order that I needed to pick up.
I get to the window. I asked the manager what do I do because it’s telling me I have an order pending and they repeat several times the money will go back onto my card. I let them know the problem is not the money. The problem is I can’t place an order because my order that they told me was canceled was not canceled.
The manager told me she’s not gonna deal with me and walks away. Another manager comes up and she told me they can’t serve me breakfast because breakfast is over I say again I understand that is not what I’m asking for. I’m asking can you cancel the order so I can place another order through the app.
The first manager again gets very rude with me and tells me she doesn’t understand what I’m not understanding because breakfast is over and I can’t order it. I showed her my phone and I showed her what I was trying to order and that it told me I had an open order with them and due to that I could not place an order.
The second manager, who was finally listening to what I was saying, went over to the kiosk, said my order number and said oh it’s not canceled. Let me go ahead and do that for you. Then they told me I was gonna have to wait in the line again when I had already been in for 20+ minutes in order to get something because they didn’t have a register.
I said can I just place the order really quick on my app and just get it from here and go and they told me no if you’re thinking about going for breakfast Make sure you go with at least 30 minutes if not a little bit more before it’s over or you go inside because they may not understand what you’re trying to ask for or you’re gonna get a rude manager who doesn’t understand what you’re saying.
I have no idea why they kept telling me I couldn’t order breakfast when that wasn’t even what I was asking for. I asked several times for them to please cancel the order because it wasn’t. I don’t know why it took like 4 to 5 minutes of me, asking for the same thing over and over again for it to get done. It’s not that serious, the managers didn’t need to talk to me like I was the one not understanding.

Why do people even eat at these places. It over priced poison. They have the worst customer service out of all the restaurants. All people are paying for is convenience. If you lose that what are you left with. I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here. People spend their time to earn that money. Time they won’t get back. McDonald’s is a miserable environment with miserable workers with food that’s making everyone else miserable because they are getting sick.

These people need help. Last month it looked like corporate or higher-ups were there, walking around with clipboards acting like they were doing something, while the actual employees who get paid way less were the ones doing all the real work. The manager has her days, but most of the time she’s rude and unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes for 1 burger that day. I’d advise going to the other McDonald’s on staples.

Took twenty eight minutes to get a McDouble meal deal that I had to park in a spot and still walk in to get. It’s a drive thru why are you making people wait in a parking spot. Seems like you’re knowing you can’t produce the product out fast. Maybe hire more people. Horrible experience workers were working bad management / ownership for being understaffed.

I was waiting for 30 minutes for a worker to take my order at the drive through. They took 5 orders back to back on outer lane. I said hello multiple times, I knew the lady could hear me on the intercom, soon as I moved up to leave she took the person behind me orders. when I was trying to leave the line the car on the outside lane thought I was trying to cut in front of them so I was stuck in line for another 15 minutes. I go inside to order and have to wait another 15 minutes, finally when I get to talk to the manager with the reddish orange hair she blows me off she couldn’t care less. A waste of time for crappy food.
