The food and service were just okay on this ( my first) visit. I ordered the advertised strawberry pecan salad with chicken. My order was ready in 2 minutes and it initially had NO CHICKEN. I took it back and the kitchen threw a few pieces of chicken on top. I will never order this dish again. The food wasn’t worth it, but this place wasn’t a bad place to hang out and chat.

I’m just a bit confused. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because about a month ago I came in brought 12 bagels & was given cream cheese. Today I come in & buy 6 but was told I had to pay $1.76 for cream cheese. This is insane to me. Now to pay extra after receiving one I can understand but when I’m purchasing something that is known to come with cream cheese why would I pay that? To not give me one is crazy. Not sure I will be returning because of this. Do better with the cream cheese please.

Love Panera, always have. Always get the broccoli cheddar soup, Mac and cheese, bread, a drink, and a cranberry-orange muffin. It sounds like it would be bitter or something, but it’s not very and it’s quite good. Definitely recommend eating here. However, their bread does have sesame, they changed the recipe a few years ago so now my brother can no longer eat here, which was sad (he is severely allergic to sesame).

I love Panera i order online pick up in store. Hit or miss but this order a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich I paid $.99 for avocado as a add on, I got one strip. But it’s OK. I’m just gonna laugh about it.

It’s a fairly normal location, though we’ve noticed the staff being very loud (shouting at eachother, laughing and calling eachother joking names, yelling to another staff member across the restaurant or whose on break). It wouldn’t be such a big deal if it wasn’t so disruptive to those eating or studying.

The sandwich is had was a bit bland. The service was good and they have outdoor seating. Their fresh made ice tea was good and their goodies.

I haven’t eaten here in a while since the Pandemic. So me and mom decided to order a sandwich (or 2). I had the You Pick 2 (Tuna Salad & Broccoli Cheese) and mom had a turkey sandwich; she asked for the softest bread available and they have it. They followed directions and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. Will definitely come back again!
