As a regular Panera customer, I tend to stop by whichever location is closest whenever I’m traveling. This particular location stands out as my favorite, and if I lived nearby, I would honestly visit almost every day. Sitting inside while looking out through the windows is surprisingly refreshing, thanks to the pleasant views of the surrounding area. The interior is spacious, clean, and comfortable, which makes it a great place to relax or spend time. On top of that, the customer service here is consistently good, and the soup portions are noticeably more generous compared to another location I visited just a few days ago.

After a few times of trying this place and being really disappointed of the quality of the food I finally decided it was time to write a review. The location is nice with plenty of parking in the corner of a shopping center. The atmosphere is okay and it was generally clean and the staff was friendly. I order at the counter to-go for myself and picked up an order for a friend. When the cashier saw me get my order and still standing there she was attentive and provided an update on my friend’s food. But yall the food is just making me mad at this point. The quality of the food is subpar and it’s consistently smooshed, rushed, practically incomplete and overall unappetizing. I ordered the Southwest Chicken melt. I know food will almost never look as advertised but there should be some resemblance. The wait for the food was pretty long, which I wouldn’t have minded if the sandwich was assembled properly. The pictures shown was my last straw with this location, like c’mon.

Never had an issue with this location, the times I’ve come here, the food always tastes fresh & the portions are fantastic. Some other locations have skimped out on ingredients in their sandwiches but thankfully this one does not 🙂

The food and service were just okay on this ( my first) visit. I ordered the advertised strawberry pecan salad with chicken. My order was ready in 2 minutes and it initially had NO CHICKEN. I took it back and the kitchen threw a few pieces of chicken on top. I will never order this dish again. The food wasn’t worth it, but this place wasn’t a bad place to hang out and chat.

After abandoning Panera more than a few years ago after they changed their menu and their quality seem to fall off I decided to give it a shot today. I was in early before the lunch rush around 11:30… Super SLOW…. Unit was not busy with customers waiting but took forever for my sandwich. My Italiano sandwich was ok.. not bad.. Going forward – Panera wouldn’t be first choice for lunch but would be open to it as an alternative option.

Second visit 4/2 for breakfast. Same.. SLOW… After breakfast rush at 10:00. Tables dirty with crumbs etc, plates stacked a foot high at the trash stations. I dont know how you could work any slower here.

It’s a fairly normal location, though we’ve noticed the staff being very loud (shouting at eachother, laughing and calling eachother joking names, yelling to another staff member across the restaurant or whose on break). It wouldn’t be such a big deal if it wasn’t so disruptive to those eating or studying.
The food is fine, though it seems like the coffee is constantly empty and there is almost never a variety of cookies. Like they run out early in the day of the main ones.
The good part is that there are several hand sanitizers throughout the restaurant.

I love Panera i order online pick up in store. Hit or miss but this order a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich I paid $.99 for avocado as a add on, I got one strip. But it’s OK. I’m just gonna laugh about it.
