Casa Jimenez: A Hidden Gem for Authentic Mexican Cuisine in …

Reviews
We arrived around noon, and I was pleased to see a variety of everyday specials, including enticing lunch deals. I decided to try the two hard-shelled tacos paired with a shredded beef burrito, while my partner opted for the lunch special flautas. The presentation was appealing, and I could see that care was taken in the dish assembly.
However, there was a significant downside: the food itself lacked seasoning. Despite the vibrant ingredients and potential for flavor, the dishes tasted rather bland, which was disappointing and unfortunately brought my rating down by a star. A dash of spice or seasoning would elevate these dishes to match the ambiance and overall quality of the service, which, I must say, was excellent!
Our server was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience pleasant. I’m definitely looking forward to returning and giving this place another shot!
They have an outdoor tent setup that is perfect for evening summer dinning.
Servers are on it, always making sure you have what’s needed.
They also have a vast selection of Mexican and Domestic Beers.
* Not All You Can Eat ❗
Food A+
Cost $$
Service Good to Bad
Employees No masks
* They use the all you can eat flyer which states pick three items.
❗ What it does not say is that’s all you can eat.
So customers that are used to all you can eat. Beware.
Delicious authentic Mexican food.
Servers no longer wear masks.
Very clean facility, restrooms well maintained, plenty of parking and visible from street but in corner of home depot mall.
Ambiance is relaxed and enjoyable, and for the most part quiet.
Most employees super wonderful but one time their credit card machine was down and they didn’t make that obvious or well enough known and an unprofessional employee began to argue and mock elderly couple, fortunately they had enough cash but shame on you casa jimenez for hiring and keeping employees with such poor public relations skills.
very disgusting memory. shame shame shame , not exactly what I want to say but I want to keep this post professional.
Service was friendly and attentive, but I did notice that the staff seemed to be all men, which felt unusual compared to most restaurants.
Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the food and won’t be returning. There are much better options elsewhere
