I ordered using Panera’s app and selected rapid pickup. This was the first time I did it for a breakfast sandwich and I was extremely unhappy the extra bacon I paid for did not come on my sandwich. Furthermore, when I attempted to call here numerous times, I didn’t receive an answer at all. This location needs some changes. It was once a wonderful breath of fresh air from its surrounding food offerings. Now I am waiting for something else to come so I can break away from Panera Bread. I am frustrated from the inconsistent quality and lack of concern from Management.

I stopped in this Panera Bread after the DMV Rod’s & Car Club car show that was being held on 5/27/23, in the adjacent parking lot! I went in to use the women’s restroom plus to get something to take home! The condition of the restroom was atrocious! I made the condition known to one of the staff! She went to inform the manager! I was told the manager would come out to speak with me but she never did! Even though, I had a complaint, I still bought a caramel frappe which was good! The rest of the business condition appeared decent! I like cleanliness, especially when I’m out, so that was a turnoff! I decided not to buy anything else! Do better Panera Bread!!! I really like your business!!!

I ordered a tuna sandwich through the app and noticed that the sandwich was overstuffed with lettuce, tomatoes, and hardly ANY tuna. This is not the first but SECOND time that this has happened. This Panera has gone so downhill. They’re always running out of things, ignore customizations on to go orders, and the quality of the food is just lacking and lazy. They run out of chips frequently and give you a bag of plain utz chips instead of the Panera kettle chips. And today they have put these insanely huge and overpowering onions on my sandwich. Who the heck can eat an onion THIS BIG on a sandwich?! It’s disgusting that they would even serve this!

I am truly a Panera Bread fan. This morning, I went to this location and the turn off was that the women’s restroom was filthy. Mold on the sink and dirty toilets and the floors were just a turn off. The floor area where they prepared the food and by the drink station was dirty as well. Food under the prep area as if it was not cleaned the night before.This was at 9am.
