Asked for no onions in my sandwich and got onions. Also my chicken is very shredded compared to what I used to get. My other order is incorrect. Ordered a broccoli Mac and cheese bread bowl and received a broccoli cheddar soup.

Well, if the Manager completely messes up your order, you have to drive back to get the correct order. He will still charge you for his incompetence. Even after giving a tip. Atrocious service and reflects very poorly on Panera as a whole. Never returning with my family. Awful.

This is a great panera location. The cafe is honestly a bit larger than most which of course is a positive, but there is also a very nice and helpful staff that helped me with whatever i needed assistance with. This location is also very clean, and well presented. Would recommend.

This is a long overdue review of this Panera. All throughout summer and fall of 2022, I came to this location regularly to do some work. After a week or two of regular visits, the managers all began to say “hi” and check in with me, and even a lady working behind the pick up counter always made it a point to ask how things were going for me. My orders were accurate almost all the time, and they only miss the customizations occasionally when they’re swamped with orders. Every visit here has been nothing but pleasant, and I will continue to visit now and then as long as I’m in the area. Thank you staff for your amazing customer service!

Disappointed in my online order today. I ordered the pick two with 1/2 Frontega Chicken and chicken wild rice soup… the soup was amazing; however, the frontega chicken was a huge let down! One little piece of a piece of chicken. I didn’t even have the energy to drive up to the store to get it remade – I just threw it away.

I have not been to a Panera bread in many years since there is none in Hawaii. But I really had a taste for a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. I went to this location now order that grilled cheese and tomato soup combo which is like $7.99. I also wanted to order an extra sandwich because I figured it was going to be too small. The cashier recommended that I just add on an additional half of a sandwich is it would be cheaper but it ended up being $15. That was a little shocked at the price and I was like ask him about it but no disrespect but he can barely speak English his accent was so strong that I couldn’t understand him. I did not want to be rude so I asked him one more time and I still couldn’t understand them so I just gave up. Now keep in mind I’m very patient with people who don’t speak English as a native language as my wife is a non-native English speaker. However I think if you’re going to be customer facing you need to have a minimum capability to communicate otherwise it makes things very difficult.

The staff and management are pretty bad. Check your order. 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. The last three orders with them have been wrong for delivery. I don’t get it. Where not talking minor, we’re talking missing items that cost $10-20 missing, everytime.

The food is really great, and they get my order out super quick. However I wish they would fill the bowl of soup a little more lolol. I really hate to sound like a Karen, but I did pay almost $16 for my meal, it would just be great if they filled it a smidge more. It makes me feel a little jipped.
