Pregnant came in late night to use bathroom on Feb 15th around 9pm door was open and walked in everything was fine UNTIL an Asian man with glasses comes into the female bathroom and harassed me to leave. He told me multiple times that they are closed and I told him i understand and I’ll be right out but he insisted on coming in the women’s bathroom making me feel extremely uncomfortable because he’s a male that I don’t know and kept repeating that I need to leave granted I only came to use the bathroom real quick because I’m pregnant and have to go often and also the main door was open so I was under the impression that they were open till 10 pm so I apologized but it wasn’t necessary for him to do all that. It made me so uncomfortable I had to make a review and I rarely do that… Panera please do better.

Staff is rude to drivers simply picking up food. It is NOT the drivers job to call the customer and do your job for you to resolve order issues that is YOUR JOB. They will also cancel orders still in the app and another time they put an item upside down in a sealed bag causing it to leak through the bag extremely unprofessional do not waste drivers time! The so-called “manager” — a hispanic male (if he really is a manager) repeatedly tried to touch my phone and lean over to look at my app, even though he clearly has no idea how the app works. Hilarious. Stay in the kitchen and do your meal preps — that’s your actual job. If you didn’t update your website of out of stock items you have no right to ask to talk to the customer on a drivers personal phone like it’s a company phone and deflect your responsibilities onto the driver. He even refused to make the order even though the order was on the app so lazy. Unprofessional, rude, and completely out of line.

Used my $25 gift card for the $27.40 purchase, they scratched the PIN and used it all the money in side then asked me to use my other credit card for the left balance $23, I thought I paid the rest $2.40 but the manager A….. was not honest and almost double charged me.

Asked for no onions in my sandwich and got onions. Also my chicken is very shredded compared to what I used to get. My other order is incorrect. Ordered a broccoli Mac and cheese bread bowl and received a broccoli cheddar soup.

Panera use to be half decent. Now they are not even decent. This is the avacado chicken panini with very little avacado or chicken. This has unfortunately been the same for the last few times so im not coming here anymore.
