Retaliates against customers for leaving straight-up feedback and makes quality of food depending on their mood. So focused on chatting with their coworkers in front of the condiment/utensil area and front entrance to make a decent sandwich and keep it consistent.

I ordered from Panera for delivery with a promised time between 12:52–1:02 PM, but my food didn’t arrive until 1:42 PM, over 45 minutes past the delivery time. It completely messed up my lunch break and left me with barely any time to enjoy my meal. When it finally arrived, the food was cold, and the chicken in my chicken noodle soup was raw. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

I ordered food from Panera and walked in with a coffee and I had just sat down and a manager came right up to me and told us we needed to leave because we had an outside drink Even though we ordered food from Panera and everyone else in the restaurant had an outside drink. After we told the man we understood and that we would leave, he continued telling us rudely that we needed to leave and then proceeded to follow us to the door from our table. This is embarrassing for this restaurant and we will never come back here because of how rudely we were treated.

Very disappointed with my lunch here. This was my first time at this location. The pick 2 salad was so small. The container was not even half way filled. Now I know when you dine in, they give you a bowl, which is a much larger portion. Now to my “chicken salad” sandwich. It was basically all lettuce. I could barely taste the chicken salad. Will not be doing takeout again, because they clearly chince on the portion sizes.

It needs to be a limit on the tables because every day I come in it’s the same people Hogging tables with outlets working from home remotely, but you don’t see anybody buying any food and they’re hogging the tables with the outlets for hours at a time. The assistant manager was very nice about the issue however I feel like it’s his job to go over to these people and say hey are you planning on purchasing any meals because other people would like to utilize these tables to eat and work? I understand that it’s a business however we all should be courteous. No one should be sitting at a table for 4-8 hours hogging up outlets that other people can use especially during busy hours of the day. If you wanna work from home for maybe two hours, OK that’s great but free Internet and you’re not purchasing any food while you’re sitting there is a waste of money and space. The company is literally wasting more money by allowing these people to sit there utilize their Internet and their electric electricity, and they’re not purchasing any food. Since I’ve moved to this area, this has been an every day ongoing thing every morning. Work from home has the keywords Work from home keyword being home. I feel like it’s not fair for anybody to sit and hog up tables and outlets for their own personal use and not be sitting there ordering anything.

The app was shorting from the beginning causing a backup of orders to go in suddenly. There is also no management of in-cafe orders, family size/bulk orders, and “rApId” online pickup as it all funnels into one poorly staffed team of 2.5 (one appeared new) during the beginning of dinner rush while the store manager stood in the middle of the pickup counter talking to the employees and slowing them down. You can talk and make food at the same time during a rush when you have multiple orders of large amounts of food ahead of someone who’s there for a single sandwich. I guess I expected too much from a place selling glorified and overpriced hospital food.

First time ordering here so had questions, didn’t want to use the kiosk. Employees weren’t at the counter and one saw me and picked up his phone to send a text before even acknowledging me, only after he sent his text did he say “just a minute”. Staff doesn’t go out of their way at all. Manager asked all his employees where someone who already left for the day was… which seems very disorganized and underwhelming. Food was just decent but not necessary to try again after the experience.

One of the nicer Paneras locations around. I particularly like the rear private room with a fireplace which is excellent for opening a laptop and getting work done. Food service is on par with Panera’s excellent selection and the service is kind and quick.

I go here pretty often to study and grab a quick coffee drink. I would say that the food tastes pretty good. It’s a great place for a hang out or to get some work done. I have also seen lots of business meetings here.

Quality and consistency at this Panera location is horrible. Went into the store to order food to go on 12/31/23, we received Mac and cheese that was very obviously the bottom of the barrel. It was all milk with Cold chunks of cheese and barely any pasta. I would call it more of a milk soup… disgusting. Additionally, got a full size tuna sandwich that may have had 1 oz of actual tuna on it. It was literally just bread and lettuce… disgusting. Will not go to this location ever again and recommend you do the same.
