The Asian salad was very good but the chipotle chicken and bacon flat bread was just OK. IT was loaded with too much sauce and was rather soggy. My candy cookie did not seem that fresh either. But I will go back and patronize Panera because of good customer service and quick process in getting my food.

This is the first time I experienced bad food service at Panera. The picture of the sandwich I received was unacceptable. If I had received this sandwich dining in, I would have notified the manager immediately. This experience will keep me from returning to this location.

I don’t visit Panera much anymore and that’s primarily because this location is so bad. At least half the time on prior visits, they were out of the French baguette that goes with their many salads. Seriously, BREAD is in the name, you really shouldn’t run out.

I go in to get lunch. I selected the item on the menu (sandwich), trying to place an order and it tells me that the item I selected is for MyPanera members only and I need to join first if I want to get it. I’m sorry, but if I have to provide my personal info just to get a sandwich, no thank you and f you. I walked out. Great marketing move Panera. I will never shop at Panera again. So many local business who appreciate their customers rather than trying to get their personal data.

I have ordered catering here for company events several times over the years and recently I’m finding that the service has gone down. Orders for pick-up aren’t ready on time and even if they are, the woman who works the front counter takes her sweet time getting to you. You could walk in with no line and she’ll still immediately leave the counter and will “help you in a minute” (or five). It’s hit or miss if anyone offers to help you carry those giant catering bags or even hold the door open for you. I will say one woman in the back offered to help me recently as the bags were around 30 pounds each and I did appreciate that, but it was a rare occurrence. I think this store definitely could use two people on the clock at the front counter in the morning at the very least.

It’s clean. It’s fast. It’s also EXPENSIVE & RIDICULOUSLY SMALL SERVINGS. Your paying for heavily laden cheap bread items. Super stingy with meat! Look at this! Not coming back. $25 for one and a half sandwiches with no meat and a crappy small cup of Mac n cheese. We are not coming back to any Panera.
