Older woman running the place is always very snappy and extremely rude.she likes to yell at you. I stopped going to Freeport location while she was there, and now done with pleasant street. Who wants to start there morning off with such attitude over a breakfast sandwich. Cooks corner all the way. The goble family that runs cooks corner would not let this happen.

little lady managing the place has made certain that my partner and I never come back! she consistently shorts us on orders, both in terms of sauces and drinks, and this time completely ignored me as I attempted to get the missing parts of my order. never had a problem with any of the other ones in this area or under this franchisee. just go elsewhere.

The gentleman at the window was super duper nice because I literally had to get out of my car racing to the back seat look for my wallet when I couldn’t find it I went back into the car and got it and he waited the whole time without complaining.

Placed a curbside order 10 minutes before I got there and had to wait for 30 minutes. Plenty of people getting their orders at the drive thru, and even other curbside customers received their orders before me. I called and the manager said it would be right out. Waited a little longer and watched another curbside customer get their order. Had to get back to work (I only get 30 mins) so I left without my food and called and requested a refund. Guy who answered was so rude and refused because “it’s ready now”. He spoke down to me some more and then offered to send me some coupons. Slowest McDonalds on Earth maybe and terrible staff to compliment

Visited there on 9/30/25 We just moved to Brunswick 2 months ago and this was our first visit to this particular McDonalds and it will be our last The woman taking the orders was extremely rude, I asked some of our neighbors about it and they confirmed that there is a woman named Joy that has worked there for years and treats customers like crap
