Such a great quick spot to grab some food and coffee. Manager was so kind and helpful. My wife and I were having trouble at kiosk machine earlier this morning and she went out of her way to help us. My orange scone was fresh out the oven and tasted great. My go to is the ciabatta cheese steak and it’s delicious

The young girl that worked there. Her name is Brianna treated me so. Respectfully, I had just had major surgery. It was hard to talk and hard to walk. Not only did she help me with my order. Panera for $17 not included a drink, I would expect more and better and correct recipe for my food. I ordered a warm bowl Mediterranean and arugula and hummus was missing! Explain that ! The only reason you get a 4 stars is because the young lady was so sweet at the window while I paid for a bakery that was not available and was still charge for the 4th option. I hate giving less than 5 Stars unless the service was very nasty but to miss the recipe that’s sad ! Plus the chicken seemed to have made barely into my plate !

Panera has never messed up my order and I order there quite often. Something minor happened to my order and they were so polite and handled it so well. The blonde girl at the drive through was so sweet and the man on the phone was nice as well!
