Wow! Some of the best frozen treats and baked goods I’ve had anywhere, let alone Charlotte!
Such interesting flavors and taste combinations.
A tour with the owner, Manolo, showed how much passion and care goes into making almost unbelievable dairy and gluten-free products. I had to know how these things could be dairy and gluten-free and taste so good?!?
We found Manolo and his team use the highest quality ingredients and express the same passion when making excellent coffee and tea drinks.
We were incredibly impressed and will be back when we’re in this area.

Artisen Gelato is amazing it is healthy and delicious. They always have great flavors and special flavors for every season. Great service always friendly. 10/10 I go back all the time.
For birthdays they always make amazing cakes but call ahead because people love them they could be gone.

All vegan ice cream, tasty, many flavors! Everything in the place is vegan, which is awesome! Clean bathroom, too. It gets to be a steady flow of customers and I’m sure all of them aren’t vegan, so I feel confident saying that everyone who likes ice cream will likely really enjoy it! 🙂

Friends recommended this spot and I can’t believe it took me so long to try it.
My husband and I tried two larges with:
– Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake
– Fig and Orange
– Green Apple Caramel
– Peach Cobbler
They were all fantastic. Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake was definitely my favorite, but I’d get any of them again.
This is definitely my favorite gelato in the Charlotte area and it’s one of my favorite frozen treat spots as well (ice cream, etc). I’ll be back next time I’m in Charlotte!

I am so restricted on what I can have for desserts due to dairy, gluten, & sugar. I can never eat dessert out and my husband found this amazing place!!! They have a small selection of sugar free options as well which is amazing!! The first time in 6 years I was able to have a waffle cone that was gluten free! The flavors are absolutely amazing! Definitely worth the drive!

We love this place. My son and I can eat any thing there and do not have to worry a out our allergies. My husband love the icecream too, and he doesnt have any allergies. I wish they had a few more sugar free versions.

Nice gelato. Lots of flavors. We were there later at night and they were still friendly and accommodating. They were steadily experiencing a good flow of business later on a Wednesday night. They had indoor and outdoor seating options.
Another plus is you could sample items before commuting. lol They also had a great variety of sorbet. They topped the order with little waffle rounds. That allows for the best of both worlds – the dish and the cone.
There was also a good variety of cones to choose from. Dipped and plain.
We were visiting from out of state and glad we ran across the store.

Great place for vegans and gluten free folks who want to enjoy gelatos without any objectionable ingredients. My only complaint with this place is customer service. The lady was not friendly at all and we did not feel welcome in the place. If they improve on service they will be so much better. Nice ambience inside and the place is clean.

Loved it so much I’ve gone back every day since. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They let you sample all of the flavors, and give heaping scoops. Toasted coconut is phenomenal, tart key lime pie, EGGNOG divine heaven flavor. Lemon is true to flavor, fig and cheese is unique and tasty.
The owners and employees are all so bright and friendly. Absolutely adore this place. Oh and they have free wifi so you can come geek out while you enjoy dairy free, gluten free, dye free, peanut free, treenut free gelato.

An absolute gem! Everything is vegan and gluten-free…a dream come true for someone like me with allergies. The only tiny pitfall is slow service when it’s busy (usually one person serving), but the staff is always accomodating and friendly nonetheless.
I recommend to everyone who comes to visit, vegan or not!
