This drive through takes FOREVER! I’m not one to write a bad review on a company. However they either need faster employees or a better management. Every single time I come to the drive through it takes 20 minutes to get to the front of the window. Absolutely nuts it’s a waste of time. Go somewhere else

I haven’t eaten at a Panera Bread in many years, so this was all sort of new to me. The three of us ordered items with the “2 for” designation, but it appears that the cashier rang it up incorrectly and we instead paid for two full meals each at the full price. My wife was taking care of payment so I didn’t really pay attention to the total, but when we sat down to wait for our food, I was a bit surprised by the total. We had a receipt but it just had the total, and not a breakdown of what we ordered. Odd. When the food arrived, it didn’t seem like they were half sized portions, so that is likely what happened. No, we didn’t go complain to thw cashier, as it was probably too late. Anyways, the tables weren’t that clean, but somebody did often empty the area where you return the plates and silverware. The drinks were overpriced and the food was okay. The Cobb Salad that I had was good, but the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl wasn’t that good. I’m not sure what was the name of the fancy rice that they used, but I didn’t like it, and neither did my daughter who also ordered that same bowl. My wife had soup and salad and she liked it, but wasn’t crazy about the expensive iced tea that she bought. So, the place was okay, not great, and we were overcharged. I won’t be coming back here for a while.

Just came back from the Panera in Trexlertown and someone stole my 40 bagels off the shelf as they watched and said I hope that’s his order. Not only was my order gone but the older woman working the cash register/taking orders from Customers was EXTREMELY RUDE from the time I asked her my first question about where my order was till the time she filled a bag of 40 random bagels just to give me some! If I treated my clients like that I wouldn’t have any left!

It’s a decent Panera but they always seem to mess up my food order. Last one was a Greek salad but I had some kind of sesame dressing which was gross with a Greek salad. Not the first time this happened. Otherwise it’s clean and ok.

Not the level of quality I expected from a Panera. They didn’t have functioning pagers at the kiosk (I like using them since I cannot hear well). The full salad I ordered didn’t look like the correct size. I needed more arugula or other lettuce. Fortunately the flavor was on point.

Though the food is great and well worth it, the mannerisms of some of the staff come off as rude and their supplies seems to be constantly low. We order bread bowls, their system allows us to over-order compared to their stock, and then we get told after we’ve paid that they only have 1. Though we were offered a pastry as compensation, the back-of-house staff member that made the stuff only had one response when told by the cashier that they were out, “Boo Hoo!”

Good food and tea options. Good bakery selection. Service is where it really falls down as have gotten wrong orders a number of times. They have started bringing your food to you but even with that my chai tea got forgotten and had to ask for it.
