Well…. my only disappointment was the serving size here. I’m used to getting a full bowl of soup not a half bowl. I strongly feel like this portion size doesn’t mesh well with the price. Yet, I can get this same brand’s soup at the grocery store in a large for this price.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times because I enjoy the taste of the food especially the paneer bread. However, almost every time, there’s an issue with the order. Either something is missing, or the items are incorrect. It’s frustrating to have to go back and get it fixed each time.
I’ve tried addressing it in person with managers, but the pattern hasn’t changed and hope the Supervisors or Store managers the team should pay more attention to order accuracy going forward. A little extra care would make a big difference and it doesn’t have to be bad start of day.

I enjoy panera bread, however this location is not great. Both of our Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwiches came out with hard, stale bread. When we picked up our order at the counter the pickup receipt was thrown into one of our bowls of soup. We won’t be returning to this location.

I haven’t eaten at a Panera Bread in many years, so this was all sort of new to me. The three of us ordered items with the “2 for” designation, but it appears that the cashier rang it up incorrectly and we instead paid for two full meals each at the full price. My wife was taking care of payment so I didn’t really pay attention to the total, but when we sat down to wait for our food, I was a bit surprised by the total. We had a receipt but it just had the total, and not a breakdown of what we ordered. Odd. When the food arrived, it didn’t seem like they were half sized portions, so that is likely what happened. No, we didn’t go complain to thw cashier, as it was probably too late. Anyways, the tables weren’t that clean, but somebody did often empty the area where you return the plates and silverware. The drinks were overpriced and the food was okay. The Cobb Salad that I had was good, but the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl wasn’t that good. I’m not sure what was the name of the fancy rice that they used, but I didn’t like it, and neither did my daughter who also ordered that same bowl. My wife had soup and salad and she liked it, but wasn’t crazy about the expensive iced tea that she bought. So, the place was okay, not great, and we were overcharged. I won’t be coming back here for a while.

Been here a few times. Good clean food, fast and accurate service. Recommend anything off of their menu but especially half sandwich, half soup and full salad. Just drive around the back of the building and wait in line, of there is one.

Placed an order on their website for pick up and everything was perfect and on time. Love their ordering app and the ability to customize just about everything. Service is fast and attention to detail is on a high priority. Ordered a customized spicy chicken sandwich and a small Mac and cheese and it was excellent
and exactly as I ordered. I was very impressed by the manager spot checking the pick up orders to be sure it was correct. I arrived early and as I sat there waiting, I saw my order being bagged and then the manager took the bag , read the ticket , checked that everything ordered was in the bag and then asked her staff if the chicken sandwich was prepared with the customizations listed . I didn’t say it was mine as I wanted to see exactly what they do. She then sealed the bag and put it on the shelf for pick up. I was very impressed that even at a busy lunch time on a Saturday they didn’t cut corners and wanted to be sure every order is enjoyed and perfect. Keep up the great work. Hard working staff!!!

1st sorry no pics. Just stopped in for bagels which I usually slice myself. To my suprise there was a long hair baked into my cinnamon crunch bagel. I should have returned them, but I don’t I’ll be returning to this store.

Went throught the drive thru in the morning to get bagels for myself and my co-workers. I was sitting there for over 10 minutes. Got to work and opened the bag and the bagels were so burnt they weren’t even edible. I am not sure how the person putting them in the bag truly thought it was OK to serve those to a customer. I did call and was able to get a refund. Unfortunately I had to find time during the day to go back for the refund. The manager was very apologetic.
I was highly disappointed. It had been quite some time since I had gone to panera and I am not sure I will return any time soon.

I ordered a spicy fiesta chicken sandwich which comes with peppers corn salsa verde and other toppings. I received a chicken sandwich with 3 pc of cilantro chicken and nothing else pretty disappointing. I literally wasted my money. Or whoever was making the sandwich was just lazy and decided to just give me dry sandwich.
