I paid $7 for this (that’s a small drink BTW)… and the “burrito” had canned beans, over cooked rice, and poorly flavored “Queso”; all completely overpowering the flavor and texture of the chicken (seriously… if you asked me how the chicken tasted at a place called Pollo Loco I couldn’t tell you).

Walked in and was not greeted. Was the only person there and there was a male at the register. It was also hot and stuffy, like the AC is off or broken. Wasn’t greeted after standing there a minute so I turned around and walked out. No customer service, and it’s hot in there? Nope!
