They don’t check orders very well before closing bags for pickup, I got none of my sides for my quesadilla ( 3 ). When I opened the bag when we got home. No sides! Check your bag(s) before you leave like a the drive thrus. Thanks guys

Food too spicy & twice we have been over charged & having to drop warm food to run back to the store to fix overcharge. Work to hard to have Chipotle nickel & dime me. Bad enough the extra gas used.

This location will still not accept cash payment under the guise of the “national coin shortage” When every other establishment (Including other chipotles within a 10 minute drive) has no issues accepting cash and providing change. After some discussion with staff at two other Chipotles it appears the responsibility of “Ordering change” from corporate lies on a manager who seems to have taken it upon themselves to run their Chipotle their own way, unlike any other business anywhere. Would love to support this location instead of driving to Norton, but they just don’t want the business of anyone who wants to pay in cash.

The reason I gave a lower rating was due to the amount of workers and 1 worker barely working. I know its tough to find good employees but just staff the place. I felt bad for the girl making everything. The lady at the register is very slow and was getting herself food and drinks while the line was to the door. The other employees were asking for help. And she said she was busy.
