They were a little light on the chicken, but definitely added a lot of rice. Also the coke zero was just putting out carbonated water. Wasn’t too impressed with this Chipotle. They did have friendly service and it was pretty quick. Plenty of parking because of where it’s located.

I have been going to this Chipotle for years now. At least once a week my family and I get it. The food is always good and I’ve never had an issue until recently. There has been an employee named Harmony, since she was hired in each time she has personally served me. It has made me not want to go get it. I mostly go to Norton now because of this issue. I’m not saying anybody needs fired but perhaps customer service is not this employee’s strong suit.

We usually eat here regularly so when I stopped last night I expected the same thing. First and foremost the two shredded meats have been disgusting lately….dry, like they’ve been sitting all day it’s foul honestly. Then a girl named harmony (staff member) when she asked the girl what I had and I confirmed I had a 3pt bowl with chicken and rice and she argued with me that she seen beans on it… We went back and forth twice before she opened it and seen how stupid she truly was because there was NO beans. Her customer service in terrible and I’d rather drive to literally any other city at this point then deal with this chipotle again. DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve never had much of a problem with anyone else and Jacki is always sweet and has great customer service when I go but even with that it’s gonna be a hard pass from now on while that girl is there.

Learned the hard way that this is probably the worst chipotle around. Ordered pick up and the food was cold. My guacamole was already oxidized. Mind you I just moved less than a mile away from this store so it was put in the bag that way. Wish I looked at the reviews before going here. Will never be ordering from this location again. Disgusting. The store itself was locked with customers inside. Thanks to the kind customer that was sitting there so I could enter the building. And the store was a complete mess

I ordered food from Chipotle (Robinson Ave, Barberton, OH) last night, and after taking a bite, I started choking on something inedible. When I spit it out, I discovered a piece of plastic wrapper from some kind of packaging inside my food. Completely unacceptable. I called to report the issue and was left on hold for almost an hour, only to finally speak with someone who isn’t even local. Their response? A mere offer of two free entrees—hardly sufficient given the seriousness (and downright disgusting nature) of the situation. This location clearly lacks quality control. This type of mistake is beyond deplorable! Downright vile, monstrous and revolting. Clearly instead of extra chicken, they added extra plastic. If you ever go to this location, you may as well go behind the counter and make your bowl yourself! Avoid it at all costs!

Me and my pregnant wife came in to get some lunch and she ordered a bowl I got a burrito. They gave her an okay amount of food but not a normal amount and they were very skimpy with my double wrapped burrito, I’m more than willing to pay extra to get extra but definitely not normal price or extra for less. Customer service was mediocre at best if that, the employees seemed cold and as if they didn’t like their job or wanted to be there and put minimal effort into making our food and even being friendly. We spent $30 on lunch here and it felt like such a waste of time and money.

Worst chipotle I’ve been to and that’s saying a lot. Portions are incredible small ordered double chicken and get less than what regular chicken should be. Chicken was incredible salty. Clearly needs management change.

This was the 3rd straight time I’ve ordered from this store and have gotten terrible food portions. Food was cold. I ordered at 8:20 for 8:30 pickup, that should not happen! As soon as I lifted the bowl out of the bag I knew it was going to be bad. They barely even put rice in the bowl, I picked 5 pieces of chicken out, no I’m not joking. And the rice that was in there was clumped in a ball. No, I did not eat any before taking the picture.

I went into Chipotle yesterday evening to get two bowls—one with chicken and the other with chicken and pork. The girl who made my bowls (I don’t know her name, but she has long dark hair and always has an attitude and never smiles) gave me only half a spoon of chicken. So, I asked for another scoop of chicken, and she gave me even less than the first scoop. So, I then asked her for another scoop and said I would pay for it. I ended up paying over $35 for two bowls. If the correct portion sizes were being given, I wouldn’t have had to ask for double chicken, I would ask for a scoop and a half. When I got home, I looked up the correct portion sizes for Chipotle, and what I received wasn’t even close to what the correct portion sizes are supposed to be. The Chipotle in Wadsworth does the same thing.
