If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed and fire the management. This particular restaurant doesn’t know how to schedule employees for a shift, I come here frequently due to the proximity of my house. Tonight I Literally sat at the drive thru speaker for close to 10 minutes waiting for acknowledgement. When that didn’t happen, I pulled away and went inside to place my order. There were 3 cars in the drive thru waiting at the window and one other couple inside. There were maybe 2 or 3 people inside working, but it is apparent that it’s not enough to keep the place moving efficiently. I am a former McDonald’s employee myself, I know what right looks like, this is not it, and this seems to be the trend at night time around 6pm.

The food is good, but the service unfortunately is quite bad. I posted a picture showing how long the lines are when people are waiting for food. Really the only time you should go there is through the drive-thru. Anything in the diner is often a poor experience. Funny but other local fast food restaurants actually have people working up front not just kiosks, so if you have a question there’s someone you can ask. They are too short staffed, and the model no longer works well in today’s world. It’s fine as a drive-through, but remember that old McDonald’s family experience? Boy oh boy, that’s long gone!

Well kept store. Friendly cashier took my order, and delivered it to the table. She checked back in as I told her “THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS BURGER I HAVE EVER EATTEN” and the fries were fresh! Wow, I will be back for sure!

The food is semi-warm. The wait is ridiculous. They take 1 car at a time- place The order, cashier, make food, customer leaves. Take another order. The only english speaking lady in the morning is RUDE (older, dyed red hair) and according to her something is always broken… likely an excuse to not want to do/make something because miraculously its fixed an hour later but broke again the next day when shes in the drive thru.

Our food was cooked fresh, where the chicken nuggets and fries were hot and crispy, and salted to perfection. Although they were short staffed, they managed to complete our order quickly, and we are more than satisfied with our lunch. Sam was very friendly, polite, and efficient.

5-16-23 ordered 4 cheese burgers extra pickles, extra salt, light mayo extra onion, and add tomato. Got out to my car took a bite realized it was a regular cheese burger, looked at the others same thing. Took them back inside showed my order slip cashier grabs the slip and throws the burgers away. Waited 5-10 for the next ones to come out. Got them and this time they had tomato, they were still missing all the other extras I paid .70 cents for per burger. Wasn’t going to wait around again as I have fry’s and nuggets in my car. Well there cold now burgers still weren’t correct. I don’t know but reading might be something the employees here need, because twice they couldn’t read the slip correctly. For $20+ definitely wasn’t worth the stop after work.

The 2020 McDonald’s interior gives me all the warm fuzzys of a soviet era dining hall. Oh and the food sucks, way overpriced, ridiculous wait time. None of this specific to this location, just how the company has “evolved” as a whole.
