I got there a few minutes after opening in the morning on my commute to work. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through for my ciabatta with egg, cheese, and avocado sandwich. I also got a sandwich for a coworker. They said the egg was not “cooked” yet, even though it’s clear it’s just frozen egg that needs to be heated up. I’m so glad I checked the sandwich before eating the rotten avocado inside and the watery egg. This is disgusting. I did not eat it and it was a waste of time and money. And of course they charge extra for the rotten avocado. A tip for this Panera – your employees should start 30 minutes before you open to customers to get things ready. Also, if your food is rotten DON’T SERVE IT. I’m so angry that they didn’t even offer me a receipt or ask for my MyPanera number so I can’t even get my money back and it’s completely wasted.

Good food but the service sucks my wife ordered online and went to pick it up at the drive thru. Had to wait 25-30 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready by. They threw my wife’s scone in the bag with all the food loose they never do that so tonight someone didn’t care. If your picking a online order up at a set time. You should have priority over the other people. Or why have a set time.

Came through the drive through at 8 with no response. Went in and front counter girl didn’t even know when the store closed and was too busy on her phone. Ordered 2 Mac and cheese and waited as staff used inappropriate language and complained about the 2 orders of Mac and cheese for my son. While waiting another customer came in with the same issue at the drive through and was told it closes at 8 while the store is open until 9. He also orders 2 Mac and cheese, charged, and then told they’re all out of Mac and cheese. I ask if they have enough for mine and they said yes. While waiting I hear one employee say “this Mac and cheese is mad old” however it was in a pouch. Then they made up 3 more pouches for my 12 year old sons food. His food was barely thawed and I wouldn’t let him eat it. The atmosphere was also very dirty and unkempt. Trash cans overflowing and the mop water of recent mop job smelled like toilet water. One employee went to get the manager during this time and not once did I see the manager come out. I would have went back to complain, however, we are passing through back to NY and already hit the highway. Panera should fire all these employees and start fresh. Worst panera experience I have ever had. I will also be submitting my concerns to the health department. $22 dollars for Mac and cheese and it’s not even warm!

I came here and there was no cashier. After waiting for 11 minutes I ended up talking to someone there and asking them for cashier, they looked at me puzzled, and then went back to talking to each other. Literally all kids and no manager there. Food took forever to make and no one wearing gloves or hair covering. Overall I a love Panera, but this one is a joke, no wonder they got shut down a few months ago for failing inspection.

Stopped in for lunch as this was half way to home after business meeting. Ordered my half Mediterranean veggie sandwich w/o feta cheese and hot tomato soup with choice of Mango drink. Seating area is smaller here then other stores. You pickup your order when announcing your name you clean your plate leave in a bin after eating. Help your self to drinks/ coffee if ordered. Gender separated clean bathroom.. good parking area in a mall type setting.

Ordered a salad, a drink, and a Greek yogurt. I had my salad. I didn’t received my drink and yogurt. I had to ask and a young lady says they didn’t have granola and somehow they didn’t call me up. I obviously still want it. They just never gave it to me. Wasn’t worth it to put up a fight. Terrible service and atmosphere because they were arguing at each other too. Never coming back. Good luck.

IT’S NOT OFTEN THAT YOU MEET A MANAGER THAT TRULY WANTS TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE… WE HAD A FEW ONLINE ORDERS THAT DID NOT GO AS WE HOPED… NORMALLY I’D NEVER CALL AND COMPLAIN BUT AFTER THINKING THINGS OVER, I FELT IT WAS BEST TO MAKE A PHONE CALL SO THEY COULD CORECT THE ISSUES FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS. I WAS CONNECTED WITH THE STORE MANAGER, CHRIS, WHO FROM THE START WAS AMAZING!! THIS LOCATION IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE A MANAGER THAT CARES SO MUCH FOR NOT ONLY FOR THE CUSTOMERS BUT THE NAME ON THE BUILDING!!! THANK YOU, CHRIS, WE APPRECIATE ALL THAT WAS DONE, YOU WERE AWESOME!!!

i’m gonna be honest the service here absolutely sucks. i’m not one to leave bad reviews and i understand customer service isn’t always easy but people will literally be standing around talking while your order is 30 minutes late. it’s annoying.
