Online ordering wasn’t available at the time, couldn’t use my coupon on the kiosk, so I had to stand at the counter and wait and wait and wait about ten minutes until someone finally noticed me. The first girl that came to the register didn’t know how to put my coupon in the system, so she had to go and get what I’m assuming was the manager. The manager argued with me about using a VALID coupon. All I wanted was a bowl of soup. After being denied use of my coupon, I told the ladies I guess I won’t be getting anything then. The “manager” said “okay” as I turned and left. I heard the two girls laughing as I was walking out the door. Some real great customer service here. Not.

Panera is almost always great, but their prices seem a bit high, and that is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star. We are in our fifties and ordered the Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad to split and loved it. Service was quick, staff were friendly and it was clean and bright inside. We will be back, just not too often.

They’re out of salad tonight. Just no salad at all, generally. At the salad place. And they’re understaffed every night.
By the way, if you’re wondering how other visits have gone, here’s a picture of a “full” salad (on one of the rare occasions that all ingredients were in stock). And here’s another of a cigarette butt someone discarded on the floor, possibly to symbolize what Panera executives think of their employees and customers.

Stopped in here for a quick business lunch. The ordering process was super simple, the service was timely and the Mediterranean chicken salad with grains was really good. I would definitely come back here again when I am in the Carlisle area.

Mostly everything was good, except for my grilled cheese. The problem was it was barely grilled. More of a cheese sandwich than grilled cheese.
Its an easy fix. Just grill it longer.
My roommate and I are regulars here, so we will return. But come on workers. Its a grilled cheese.

This was the best Panera experience in any state I’ve been in since before Covid. We ordered through the app from our table. There was a problem with the order not translating correctly and we were missing one of the two orders. The manger without skipping a beat said “ go ahead and make her order correctly!”. They delivered it to my table with such a pleasant manor. The food was great, the service professional and pleasant. We will remember and stop again when passing through.

We stopped for breakfast on a trip. The cashier that took our order- Marilyn (on the receipt) was so nice and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Our breakfast sandwiches were cooked perfectly. I would definitely stop here again. Was also an easy on and off from Route 81.

Manager Katie is doing a great job at Panera Carlisle, PA Noble Road. Clean cafe and restrooms. Fresh pastries and food offerings. Welcoming staff and friendly community. This is one of our favorite Panera stops. Keep up the good work.

I did an online order, which took a few minutes after “promised” time. Not a big deal. I specifically wrote no oil or dressing. When I picked it up, I repeated myself to the person who handed it to me,was also making sandwiches, and was told whatever it said. Opened the sandwich when I arrived home to find oil on it. Couldn’t eat it and it got pitched. Waste of money and time.
