We stopped for breakfast on a trip. The cashier that took our order- Marilyn (on the receipt) was so nice and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Our breakfast sandwiches were cooked perfectly. I would definitely stop here again. Was also an easy on and off from Route 81.

This was the best Panera experience in any state I’ve been in since before Covid. We ordered through the app from our table. There was a problem with the order not translating correctly and we were missing one of the two orders. The manger without skipping a beat said “ go ahead and make her order correctly!”. They delivered it to my table with such a pleasant manor. The food was great, the service professional and pleasant. We will remember and stop again when passing through.

Arrived to be standing to place our order, took a while to even be acknowledged. We then attempt to order a salad and Baja bowl to discover there was no chicken, just “dark” chicken. We ordered to go. In the meantime used the facilities as we have 2 more hours of driving, the establishment is absolutely filthy. The bathroom was so gross, trash overflowing. Pee on the floor. The actual dining room portion of the restaurant looks like someone just threw food everwhere and hasn’t cleaned the place is weeks. You need to do better. After this I don’t even want to eat what we ordered! Gross !!!

We had a big order and while I was waiting for it, my three yearn old son was wandering around, bored. One of the employees (maybe a manager?) offered him a cookie. I thought she wanted me to pay for it, so I told her we already had one in our order. Then she offered him a fruit cup. I said okay, and she handed it to him for free, followed by an apple juice. She didn’t expect me to pay for either.

Great place. The options to order in person, on a kiosk in the building, or on the app makes it so there are not any lines. Their Mac and cheese was heavenly! This is a great place to stop for a brunch/lunch stop.

I ordered food on Uber Eats. It was fresh and tasty, but not packaged very well. My French baguette was simply placed inside of the bag. No wrapper or container. The next day I came in to make a purchase at 9:20am. There were no visible workers serving the customers. I saw one on break, one wiping tables, one making to go orders and I am assuming a manger giving an interview. Upon arrival, there were two ppl ahead of me on line. But the time someone finally came to seve us, there were an additional two ppl, not including myself. The cashier is moving hella slow and looks high on something. She is super nice tho. Never again smh.

Used to abosolutely love the food here, so I am sad to be awarding it only 2 stars. However, I ordered a tuna sandwich and chicken salad and was up all night vomiting from food poisoning…I suspect the salad or veggies were not properly washed. The waitress was super friendly and the atmosphere is cosy, it’s just a shame that the food made me sick.

The people making the orders this morning were terrible. Purchased a breakfast sandwich and coffee drink. They tried to rip me off on the sandwich (TINY pieces of torn bacon and about 1/2 of the scrambled egg that looked disgusting), and the drink’s flavor was wrong. I noticed the people around me sandwiches looked as pictured (slices of bacon and their egg covered their bread and then some). I returned the sandwich with no issue from the manager. I kept the drink despite it being wrong (it tasted fine). However, I ended up throwing it away once getting home, due to my fear they may have messed with it. I won’t be going back, because I think it was intentional to mess up my food. I hope who ever that person was gets reprimanded.

I was disappointed in my last visit. They are clearly understaffed. No one at the register. Two mix-ups on our order that had to be corrected. My turkey sandwich which costs $12.50 had about 2 ounces of meat. I felt ripped off. I will not be going back for awhile. I used to love it.
