I love the food, however, the fact that you charge a Convenience fee of 4.99 ON TOP OF RAISING THE PRICES of the Delivery food is Horrible it is having to pay for delivery TWICE.!!!!! Then we r expected to tip the driver on top of that. 2) bowls of soup and two Mac and Cheese literally cost us 54.00 which I feel is Absurd and Extreme!! Never again will I order from Panera no matter how good the food is which is unfortunate.

I typically have issues when my order is taken at the register. Not everyone wants the pick two. I wanted a bowl of soup not the cup and I did state that. I did get it fixed and payed the up charge. They had to get 2 managers involved…it was more of an ordeal than was wanted. Everyone was friendly and my sandwich and dinner on point. My only feedback is please listen to what the customer wants so the customer doesn’t have to wait to get it resolved. Thank you!

When my friends and I are trying to find somewhere to eat a quick lunch, Panera Bread usually pops up in conversation. I’m particularly fond of their Broccoli Cheddar Soup and can attest that it’s pretty good especially for a chain restaurant.

There was a small group before us and they let us go, so our ordering was very quick. Food took the normal amount of time. The place itself was clean and they did a good job cleaning out the dishes, silverware, and plates. Their BBQ chicken salad is probably one of my favorite salads, along with their blueberry muffin. I recommend both!

I frequently come here to get a coffee and get some work done. Susan is absolutely wonderful and greets me by name with a smile each time I come in. The rest of the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The restaurant itself is well maintained and someone is often walking around and wiping down tables. The bathrooms often need attention.

Found a maggot in my soup. First spoonful. Manager was dismissive and didn’t seem surprised but also made it seem like I was lying when the maggot clearly was on the spoon from the soup. He told me how they seal the soup & pretty much said there was no maggot. Yet there was. Dead. Sitting right on my spoon. Funny how after that, all the employees started cleaning and taking out the trash quicker than ever. Disgusting.

The best experience I have had at a Panera Bread EVER!! They were understaffed, soon to close, had been slammed for 2 hours and still the most pleasant and helpful staff I have experienced at PB. The food was great too but the people made this dinner AWESOME.
