I went thru the drive thru and ordered fries. When I got to the window I had asked for ranch, the girl gave me the most hateful look, she didn’t say nothing to me. Honey if you hate your job that much you don’t need to be working there. She was so rude & hateful. Luckily my fries were fresh. This was on March 1st, 2026.

The restaurant looks old and dingy, the owners clearly do not have an interest in daily function and efficiency. It take over 10 minutes to get blizzards made, they take orders on a piece of paper and it’s almost never correct and their burgers taste like they were reheated and made hours prior. I have gone back several times hoping for a better experience, however it falls short every time. The team seems to try. Owners and management need to be more engaged.

Food and service is fine. But it’s almost comical that they have food on their menu that they not only don’t have, they don’t even know what it is. Lmao. Two separate occasions I ordered the two cheese deluxe. There is even a picture of it on the menu. The entire staff came over in confusion. One girl came out to look at it and said it’s not on her side. Lol. But they were very polite and the food was fine.

I give this place 3 months before the doors close. The new owners have no idea what they are doing. 21$ for 2 shrimp basket (if it was like the baskets that the previous owners served i wouldn’t have a problem with the price) between the 2 baskets there was 32 pieces of popcorn shrimp and twice as many fries. it is ridiculous especially when I could’ve got it for under 10 next door at Save a lot.

This is our first time at this DQ as we came to check out the town of Mckenzie. I thought everyone was new but after reading reviews, apparently the new management has been here a while. We went to the Paris DQ last week and ordered the exact same things and they were not as good. We ordered an Oreo & Brownie Cupfection and they had no brownies for it, just pieces. My Pecan Cluster was ok but not as good as Paris DQ. We had to ask them to re make the Superman Blizard as it was melted. We’ll stick to Paris DQ. The customers were nice though…
