I always buy their cheese broccoli soup for someone very special to me that has had problems and can’t have solid food right now and it is delicious. She enjoys it and I’ve always enjoyed it. Also, my mother loves their orange scones so I frequent there to pick those up for her! Great place to have a delicious breakfast or a really tasty lunch. I love their pick two.!! Always a friendly face when I visit there and something delicious to eat!!

Won’t be back. Walked in around 6 pm. No other customers in the place at all. Several workers (2 or 3) scurried out from the back to take our order. The dining room was disgusting. (Again…staff was doing nothing when we walked in, so they had the opportunity to clean it up. See photos.) The amount of filling in my sandwich was pathetic. I realize inflation, but my “full size” sandwich, which cost $11.39, barely covered half the bread when I rearranged it. (See photos.) My pecan braid was stale. Overall, this was an unsatisfactory experience. In the future, we’ll choose somewhere else…or stay home instead.

I like that the food is high quality & tasty, but the coffee was weak which was disappointing. The new chicken sandwich is so small that you can’t do a pick 2 with it because they won’t serve a half sandwich. Good lunch, but $42 for 2 lunches is pretty high.

This branch of Panera always goes above & beyond for me! The food is excellent, and customer service not only friendly but helpful too. The displays and store always appear top notch as well. This visit, the online app suggested something the store was currently out of for the day. The manager/Erin kindly called me prior to my pickup time, and we figured out another great option. Upon me walking in for my order, I also witnessed the staff trying to work with a very disgruntled customer. Staff handled the situation very professionally, offering an apology for the mishap and also flexibility of options to better the situation overall. Although the customer clearly wanted to air her grievances loudly and make a scene, this team remained calm and polite. Reminder to be kind and gracious to those that show up. They’re hiring too!!

I’ve ordered the margherita flatbread several times at different Paneras and it’s always been my favorite thing on the menu. But this time there was absolutely no basil and hardly any cheese? It looked and tasted nothing like it was supposed to. Maybe they changed the recipe, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. Not worth the price at all.

My food was improperly packed leaked all over my coat, leaked all over my car. Was also incomplete and when I went back to retrieve my missing item I asked to speak with the manager and discuss the situation was told I didn’t need to speak to a manager. $60 for family of four dinner that is spilled and missing items and customers are told that they don’t need to complain to anyone. Tried to purchase bagels and redeem my bday treat today through an online order. They were out of quite a few bagels, which would have been good to know before showing up. They really didn’t have what I needed for the order, and they did offer a refund. However, the manager told me I should have been there 10 minutes earlier (mind you, the order was placed a little before that time), bc someone bought all the bagels I wanted. Before I had much time to reply, she snatched up my bags and walked away. I’ll never come to this one again.
