I ordered an Asian grilled chicken salad and a drink. It was almost $20. They only filled my salad up half way. It was more like a pick two salad than a big salad. I can’t believe I was charged $19.80 something for this little salad! Ugh! Other Paneras actually fill the bowl up!

It’s a good thing I’m not deathly allergic to cheese and dairy. Every single time, I order the only sandwich I can have on the menu… The Mediterranean sandwich. I ask for light onion and extra salt, pepper, and hummus. NO FEDA! I open the wrapping, and the feda cheese is falling off the sandwich. There is so much of it… I really hope no one orders anything they absolutely can’t have in their meal… YOU GONNA DIE if go here and eat. Order at your own risk.

I arrived at 7 pm. There were only a few cookies- no other pastries. Only 3 kinds of bagels. No bread bowls. No autumn squash soup. I settled for pick two- a cup of chicken and wild rice soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was extremely thick and lukewarm- and only half of the cup. The sandwich was not grilled- it was warm bread. My tea was good. But, when I went to get more hot water at 8:40 they had already removed the hot drinks. I was extremely dissatisfied and sorry I had been asked for a tip when I paid. If it had been after my experience I would not have given one.

The staff here is very sweet. Managers are rude and lazy. The food safety here is appalling. They had a broken bubbler for months and didn’t ever clean it. The pulp fell to the bottom and fermented. They don’t clean their steam well that they keep their soup in is never clean. So mix water, caked on debris, and soup you get a nasty brown sludge. That’s in your soup. For your own safety. Pick another Panera. There’s another close by. It’s much better.

Ordered a salad, sandwich, and mac and cheese for my family. Within hours we all came down with food poisoning. I used the kiosk to order, not one staff member acknowledged me while waiting for my food. Behind the counter the staff talked away, one of them pointing out she knows all the “short cuts”. I can’t help but wonder if the short cuts are what made my family so sick. Will never return.

Except for the occasional misstep of an incorrect order during a rush, their food is correctly crafted and graciously served. If it wasn’t for this location, I would probably never patronize Panera. However tasty, they are a bit overpriced.

The staff were very sweet. Bathroom and cafe area were very clean. Food…well nothing unexpected 🙂 Panera food is just okay in my opinion and breads are not anything special as it used to be. It gets the job done! Got a breakfast sandwich and espresso.

Placed to go order. Somehow the app kicked out my customized salad and I got the standard. Tomatoes were old and soft, more greens than lettuce and not much chicken. I contacted them and they gave me a $20 credit.
