Only been here a couple times but this visit deserves a mention. Food was great. Service was better. Celeste was fantastic. She was always available and always made sure we were taken care of. I myself have been in customer service for 13 years and I train employees to have these same qualities. She was awesome!

The wait was worth the wings!! We showed up on a busy Vols football night. We had a 30 min wait but the wings were hot, flavorful(so many options), and cooked to perfection. Our server Jessica was AMAZING! Her smile and customer service was superb. Highly recommend for all your wing cravings.

Can’t say enough about Michael Boyd’s service never had an empty drink with a party of 5 he made it fun for both the adults and my kids. Food was excellent but hard to find this quality of attention to detail in server’s nowadays. Great job!

I went in there Friday night for my Dad’s birthday and our server was Michael. He did a fantastic job and went out of his way to help my Dad decide what he wanted because my Dad had never been there before. Everything was great and the food was awesome. My Dad loved it and we will definitely be back to see Michael in the future.

I have been getting wings here since they opened four times a month. They never fry their wings long enough so I always get them double fried. Ordered today but since it’s Super Bowl Sunday “no special order” The person on my the phone was very nice, she told me they can’t do double fired, I ask if why she said Super Bowl. I ask if they had a lot of order. “No”‘ it was 4 pm, she got the manger who wasn’t nice.
Went to Hooters, perfect. Will take my $250 a month to them!! If you change your policy for special days then you need to figure out why!
