Picked up a Supreme Sicilian for first time before the storm. Took up entire front passenger-side floor! Lighter than it looks (fluffy dough) and crispy crust. Dough crisps up after reheating in toaster oven. I’ve also had their Cheese Steak and Steak Bomb (I prefer the Bomb). Hope they change up menu or add a few more pies in Slice app (Grandma? Marinara/Vodka/Pesto? More cheese and topping options—Pecorino Romano/Burrata/Mozz? Basil? Anchovies?) Nice to have them in the Heights

Great new owners! My kids LOVE the cheese pizza. They say it’s perfect! Salads come with toasty grilled REAL pita. Salad had lots of fresh cut veggies. We’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried so far.

All the guys that work here are great. I walked in today and asked for yeast for my dough, and they hooked me up with no question or expectation to even order. I ended up getting a slice anyways and it was great.
They had wet yeast and after giving it to me they explained the quantity to use by weight because I have only used dry yeast before.

This was pretty solid pizza shop pizza. The crust was perfect, sauce was good. I have to go back and try their Sicilian style slices.

Fresh! Not greasy! Absolutely amazing hand tossed crust! Perfectly cooked! Served quickly with a smile! My curly fries was a good portion, seasoned and full spirals. My small hamburger pizza was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce and cheese perfectly cooked. I ordered through the app Slice. Management at this local corner pizza shop is top notch! Really stellar! The shop is the clean, bright and welcoming. They obviously take pride in their product. A nice counter with 5 stools has been built for individuals who want to grab a slice and watch the world of Arlington Heights go by; and a few tables if you want to sit and eat in. Take out is just as easy! I have seen several different owners come in and out over the last 15 years and Fiesta Bites Pizzeria is THE BEST! Prices very reasonable! Try them out! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful pizza, wonderful people! Ordered a Sicilian with green & red peppers for take-out – what a pie! Huge and thick (“bready”), just the way I like it. Absolutely delicious! We didn’t finish it in one sitting, but the leftovers won’t go to waste 🙂 I look forward to returning!
