I am very disappointed. I ordered a chicken cobb salad, paid for a chicken cobb salad and when I got back to the office after a 30-minute round-trip drive to pick it up, there was no chicken. When I called the restaurant, they told me I could come pick up a new one. I told them that I couldn’t take another lunch break and spend the gas for another 30-minute round-trip. I asked for a refund which they claimed they could not do. It feels a bit like theft. I paid for a product, didn’t receive that product & they won’t refund me, even partially. $13 for some lettuce, some dressing and an egg.

TERRIBLE. waited in line (drive thru) for 45 minutes, only to get a missing bag of chips and a HAIR IN MY SOUP! for 45$ (a snadwich, a hot bowl, and a cup of soup) I expect more. This, sadly, is not the first time I’ve gotten a hair in my Panera. I will not be returning to ANY location of Panera and I advise you not to as well.

Manger has a huge attitude. I got there to pick up an online order. And she says your orders for 8:31. It was 8:20. I said ok and that was it because i was confused as to why she was saying that. Then it hit me she was saying that basically telling me I don’t care if you’re here early and we are dead with no customers you’re still gonna wait till 8:30 to get your meal. I ordered 1 salad 2 people came after me ordered 3 or 4 things off the menu and received there before me. Terrible customer service I will not be back.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It’s the one with eggs and and spinach. I love spinach but it was too much. It was literally falling out of the sandwich because there was so much. On the contrary, I was given a small piece of avocado and a few pieces of bacon I had added on. The bread was hard, probably the driest sandwich I’ve ever purchased. Please do better…whomever made my sandwich.

TERRIBLE. I would not even rank a 1-star. My friends and I went last night and we really should not have. All orders were wrong and they seemed understaffed, which is unfortunate, but why take it out on your customers instead of your management? My friend ordered a certain sandwich and received the complete wrong order — in addition to pink, undercooked turkey. Absolutely unacceptable. There was also meat in her salad dressing, something that should concern any vegetarian/vegan customers! They cross contaminate. I ordered a pick-2 with two soups (ten veggie and broc. cheddar) for my partner and I, both of which tasted like drinking burnt water. I assume they poured hot water to mix the soups they were cooking, because half of my soup was just slushy, filmy water. I took a picture of it just resting in a layer on the surface in addition to the undercooked meat. When my friend called, they only offered to re-make it if she came back. When I called, they offered a refund if I had the receipt. Which one is it? Why make your customer come back from driving all the way home to re-make a meal, who would want to do that? We will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.
