Typical Panera. Service was decent but not generally efficient. I order the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and corn chowder soup. Both were tasty enough. My guests had the strawberry salad, which they enjoyed. Restaurant was clean.

I went to this panera on a Tuesday during lunch hour, granted I knew it would be busy. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I ordered the green goddess cobb salad and that was all. I proceeded to head back to work as my lunch was about over, got to my desk to discover my salad was only iceburg lettuce and chicken, NO TOPPINGS and one singular dressing. Please do better.

I love paneras. It’s one of the few healthy options available for take out. Today I placed a rapid pick up order at 6:30am to be ready for 10am. I ordered a bakers dozen bagels sliced and a loaf of bread, sliced. I received an email that the order was ready. It wasn’t. They didn’t have the bagels I ordered and the bread wasn’t ready. I agreed to substitute different bagels and the manager refunded my order, but the cashier preparing my order shorted me 1 bagel and didn’t slice them. I will avoid this location in the future.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon. It was not busy. I ordered a kids Mac and cheese and a you pick two with soup and Caesar salad. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. For what you get and the prices now, it’s not the fast service that it used to be. I could have taken my daughter to a sit down restaurant and been in and out faster than the service at this Panera.

Food isn’t bad, until you consider the price. Also, I have a bad experience every time I come. This time, the girl at the register finalized my order as cash, so I had to wait for a manager to come and undo it, and then redo my order. It took a total of 13min to get 1 kids mac and cheese, which was waaay too sliw for a toddler, waay too salty for a kid, and waay too expensive. Atmosphere would be nice if it weren’t for all the bored hungry people waiting around for their food.

Placed an online order. My fiance got all the way home to find out they didn’t give us one of our soups. He had to go all the way back to get it and no offer of anything for the inconvenience. A bit frustrating that it was their error and not even a coupon for next visit or anything. So frustrating spending decent money to have order messed up.
