Prices have gone up, and the portions have gotten smaller. I paid $15 for a tiny bowl of chicken and broccoli, had literally 5 small pieces of chicken. It was delicious but not worth $15 for the tiny amount of chicken!!

Staff was not friendly at all. Ordered a strawberry chicken salad to go and when I opened it later there was no chicken. And the 2 cups of “dressing” were 1/4 full and watered down completely. Lettuce was 1/2 filler nonedible lettuce as well. Horrible!

UPDATE 10/26/2021 – internet was down!!! and bathroom was not as clean as my last visit. I actually saw unflushed paper towels in the one stall (why do people do this??) and the other stall the toilet seat had visible ??? on it that was tough to wipe off with toilet paper. eww. I peed here but hovered. Then I left to find another place to work. This was over lunch hour.

1st time in Panera in a long time and this visit didn’t disappoint. I had the Chicken Chipotle flatbread & cesar salad and there was nothing left. The Flatbread was perfectly cooked and toppings had some great flavor but not too overdone. The Cesar was prob one of the best I’ve had because it was perfectly dressed- meaning the salad wasn’t drowning in a puddle at the bottom nor was there a piece that was dry. It was still crisp and fresh and completed the meal. Lastly I had a green tea that had passion fruit… yummy! I don’t usually like sweetened tea but this wasn’t saccharine at all. This Panera located in newburgh SUCKS. Everytime we decide to give it another chance they fail us . Never has bread , the order is wrong, says the order is delayed but no one in the restaurant. It’s worth driving to the one in Fishkill .
