I recently order through doordash and when I got my food it was the wrong order ! I got a bagel bag with no bagel in there but cream cheese , I got my ceaser salad but no chicken noodle soup I got something that had rice in it … when I called the store whoever I spoke too was never nasty about it, she asked me if I wanted too reorder or a refund with the most nastiest attitude about it … it’s not my fault that you guys aren’t paying attention this is the twice time with them , the first time they messed up my order I let it slide and whoever was on the day was very nice about it.

My husband went inside to order because he had just picked me up from being in hospital which I was on a liquid diet. I LOVE the Panera’s on Route 18. So very disappointed to get my food it was cold. I ordered the teriyaki, broccoli & chicken bowl. I order this all the time and it has always been hot so extremely disappointed to get it cold. I couldn’t eat it and lost my appetite. I am one that I personally don’t like to take things back because I’m afraid of people spitting in my food. I will just write a review and that always hurts them worst. So for the people who make the food please make it correctly the first time. I also understand no one is perfect but a bad review is always more hurtful. I also will not go back to that location and I will tell others my experience was disappointing. It’s tough dealing with food I can only imagine how challenging it could be but if you are having a bad day just call out and don’t go into work because you are just hurting your establishment and if they lose business they will close and then you are out of a job. Just saying I know we all have bad days but don’t bring it to work with you.

Take out is the biggest scam i feel as Restaurants have zero accountability once food is out from their facility. Absolute pathetic quality, guy made our food in 2 mins, must have given our food from frozen. Never going at this location again.

I’m pretty sure when you order BLT it should have bacon on it and when you special order no lettuce but get that there is a problem.. Called the manager and they hung up on me…great business…never going there again… just cause your busy doesn’t give you the right to want people to accept the wrong orders, pay a pretty hefty amount for quality and if you don’t get quality you don’t need to give them your business….

Ordered sandwich and Mac and cheese with chopped bacon for pick up. Paid extra for the back that was missing from Mac and cheese. Nice lady who looks like a manager or manager on duty resolved the issues with bacon on the separate cup. Kudos to you!!!

From the outside this looked like a respectable establishment…however it is a classic case of “looks can be deceiving” as it is anything but respectable. My comrade quite literally spelled out his name “H-E-R-B” and was met with “hubb” on the screen. l had the luxury of being assigned “but”. After that we ended up waiting 3 times longer that would be expected only to be met with satisfactory at best food and diminutive portions.
