Met a friend for lunch. I had the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. My wife had the French onion soup. The bowls of soup came out hot and served with fresh bread. Both were delicious.

I ordered the new spicy chicken for my 8 yr old grandson thinking it would be way too big. IT WAS $11.00. it was so small I had to order him kids Mac and cheese when it did not fill him. First pic is the menu pic second and third were the actual sandwich. It was a normal size hamburger bun and the chicken did not even cover it. $38 dollars for lunch for two kids and adult and I got the value meal….. ridiculous

The cashier with braids was very sweet and professional. Yet I ordered Mac n cheese and after two spoonfuls it tasted bland I mixed it up and then I a saw black hair in it! The guy couldn’t believe I was upset, like how would you feel if you ate some thing in there was hair in it that’s disgusting. They was trying to offer me a replacement one first I’m like no I want my money back and you can keep the replacement. The manager didn’t seem apologetic, even though she gave me a dry apology. They need to have a new policy for wearing hairnets and beard nets and the man who was preparing my food was not wearing any but a hat .

Out of the way Panera. A quiet retreat from Philadelphia Area. Friendly service. The only thing is that they have only a few outlets, so if you are going to hang, and use your laptop, make sure you have some charge before entering. Eventually these few outlet spots always open up, so enjoy!!!

Haven’t been to a Panera in NJ for years now so we were surprised it was a walk in and click your order into the tablet station. Everything was made correctly so I guess service was a 5 star…no one was near the counters otherwise. Yet when we did a recent visit in Delaware it was only a walk up to counter, stand in line sort of deal. So I guess this avoids lines. We were picking up so never noticed atmosphere. We always order delivery from this location because it’s the closest. Not once they have gotten it right. It’s either always missing an item or the sandwich looks squished. The bagels just freely thrown in the bag. I usually don’t leave reviews good or bad however this morning was the last straw. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel, NOT toasted. Of course they toast it, and come to find 2 long black pieces of hair, threw the bagel out. We will NOT be ordering from this location again. We’ll stick to the marlton location as we never had an issue there.

I had several encounters with a few staff members. Two encounters, I was met with annoyance and rudeness (rather shocking for a Panera location. The third encounter, the person was sweet but didn’t know what she was doing and took FOREVER! I assume she was in training so I give her a pass.
