Over the last year once was a great and convenient lunch option has turned into an incredibly frustrating situation. While the food quality has remained the same, the service has gone horribly downhill. It doesn’t matter if you give them 20 minutes or 45 minutes… your take out order will not be ready when you get there. They have a sign that essentially says they get pushed refund care orders. So, a sandwich takes 45+ minutes.
To test, I went to the Mount Laurel location, and placed a lunch order for pick up in 20 minutes… and it was ready when I got there. No issues.
Nixon drive just doesn’t seem to value carry out anymore. No idea why they offer pick up times… because they’re never honored.

Most of the time when I go it’s ok. The food is decent. Sometimes they are working on the drink area so it’s impossible to get lemonade and the soup is cold. I told the manager she blamed contactless ordering, that it was sitting there but I placed the order in the parking lot just before walking in. I get that things happen but instead of apologizing and just fixing it she placed the blame on me for it sitting. Would I go back ? Probably. The food isn’t terrible and it’s clean.

We had a great time at this Panera. The employee named Weston was super friendly and extra kind. He helped me bring my food to my table. I had the tomato soup and would get it again! Definitely recommend coming here over other Panera locations.

I went and had a terrible experience. Their customer service is a disgrace and I will not be back. I went and ordered a sandwich (I had to make an account just to order the sandwich). After ordering and paying, they tell me they don’t have the bread for my sandwich but they could offer something else which is was a price difference. Instead of accommodating me, I watched them make someone else a sandwich with the same bread in my face. I asked several times for different options, a bigger slice of bread to match the price, or anything really. They only offered a refund and told me I would have to reorder? Why if I paid and nothing was announced about the lack of supply until after I paid, that’s not my fault and I should not have to wait for a refund and spend more of MY money for a mistake they made as an establishment. I am so disappointed, never been treated this way, & will NEVER come back to this location again.

I ordered the new spicy chicken for my 8 yr old grandson thinking it would be way too big. IT WAS $11.00. it was so small I had to order him kids Mac and cheese when it did not fill him. First pic is the menu pic second and third were the actual sandwich. It was a normal size hamburger bun and the chicken did not even cover it. $38 dollars for lunch for two kids and adult and I got the value meal….. ridiculous

The food here is spotty about 30% of the time I order from here. They get the order wrong or it is just completely poorly made and substandard and the problem is I do takeout so I don’t know until I’ve gotten back. I’ve started checking my food when I get it here before I leave the restaurant. But every once in awhile I forget to and it seems like every time that happens the food is completely awful. A salad only made up with romaine hearts. No leafs or a squashed sandwich that is not even the right One that I ordered like in the pictures below. For my most recent order, I ordered a chicken frontega sandwich and I got some sort of barbecue grilled cheese combination that was completely inedible but the restaurant had already closed so I could not return it.

Met a friend for lunch. I had the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. My wife had the French onion soup. The bowls of soup came out hot and served with fresh bread. Both were delicious.

I had several encounters with a few staff members. Two encounters, I was met with annoyance and rudeness (rather shocking for a Panera location. The third encounter, the person was sweet but didn’t know what she was doing and took FOREVER! I assume she was in training so I give her a pass.
One thing to note for people heading to this location… If you’re going to need an outlet, don’t go here. In this very large dining room, I only found TWO outlets! TWO! And, they were not in convenient locations. And, of course, they were occupied. The place probably seats over 50 people and the only outlets are clearly just intended for the vacuum cleaners. Fortunately, my computer had a full battery.
I’ve also added notes below (not sure if they will show up in the review) regarding the lack of handicapped parking and the inaccessibility for wheelchair users.
Personally, I won’t be coming to this location again. There are too many obstacles for me.
Lastly, the flatbread pizza in the picture cost $12.00. It’s small yet there are edges over an inch deep making it even smaller. I order extra cheese but I couldn’t tell. There was barely any sauce on it nor any sausage crumbles; I could taste the pepperoni occasionally but not the sausage. Really, mostly all I could taste was the crunchy, cracker-like flatbread. Maybe they overbaked it? First one I’ve had. Won’t be ordering another. Huge fail!
