THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! For a place that has barely any customers idk how you can’t perfect the one thing you’re supposed to be good at. The chicken was disgusting, old and greasy. The mashed potatoes aren’t even mixed . How do you not have time to mix the potatoes.

The Mac and cheese was an abomination. I guess it’s my fault for expecting the understaffed store to toss out all of the Mac that they left on the heat rack for 24 hours. Instead, they crammed it in a bowl and sent it home with me so I could taste the despair that the overworked employees endure on a daily basis.

This is what happens when AI tells your management to cut 60% of the staff and force the remaining folks carry the rest of workload for no additional pay.

silver lining: nobody tried to ambush with a tip request “the tablet is just going to ask you a question…”

Ordered a 12 piece, 2 sides and 4 biscuits. So disappointed. No breast in the chicken. 5 thighs 6 wings and 1 leg. I only eat the breast so guess I’m not getting chicken. The mashed potatoes were cold. Asked for honey for the biscuits and got hot sauce. With how long it took to get the order, you would think it would be fresh, hot and correct. I’ll stick with Chicken Shack

Food was typical KFC. What you would expect to get at any of the KFC locations. Felt the skin on the Thighs was a bit tough and not editable.

Reason for 2 stars – parking lot is horrible!! I’m not even exaggerating. You literally have to dodge holes and some you can’t with drive thru service! It’s honestly unacceptable. This needs to be Immediately addressed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were treated unprofessionally, and management showed little concern or accountability for a mistake on their part. She showed no desire to correct the mistake or even to fulfill our order, or anyone else’s for that matter. Staff was untrained and left to fend for themselves while the manager stood , arms crossed, just watching them fail. We will never return while it is under the same management.

I came in for a doordash, the gentlemen in front of me said they acknowledged him. All the employees were in the back talking loud and being unruly. When one of them walked by to get themself something to drink, I asked him if he could see if my doordash was ready. He found it behind the counter, and asked me to confirm it, so I said well lift it up and put it on yhe counter please. The manager, a foreign man with glasses, told the employee to put the doordash back and told me I had to wait behind the gentleman and after he took his order. Needless to say, I unassigned the doordash and wont be going back. The manager said nothing to the unruly employees, and treated me as if I was the problem.

The workers are rude to absolutely every customer that was in the waiting room.. each person had been there over 30 plus minutes including myself who had been waiting 45 minutes I got my food got home and it was the wrong order tried to call multiple times up to the store and nobody answered not to mention the phone was ringing off the hook while I was standing in the waiting area.. and not a single worker answered the phone..clearly I wasnt the only one with issues. This location is terrible.

Have 3 customers orders after we had already ordered….made us wait for more crispy chicken. .been here about 1/2 hour. Terrible service . They don’t seem to care. Could have offered a discount on it..family bucket 8 pc, Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and biscuits extra crispy. Still waiting.

Was quite disappointed after ordering a carry out inside at the register it took almost 30 minutes for my order to be filled and when I got home I realized the biscuits were missing. After the extremely lengthy wait, I didn’t think I should have to empty the bag and inspect the contents to make sure I got everything I ordered, but it appears that I was wrong. The wait was unacceptable and the missing item was extremely frustrating. This store has lost our business. Too bad because we enjoyed KFC in the past.
