I haven’t been at a Panera in quite a few years. My first experience was horrible.
This place was nice and clean.
Can’t really say anything about the staff because we never talked with anyone.
My steak sandwich was good but I would have liked more meat on it.
I would definitely keep going to this Panera Bread.

Theres something off about this location. Just went through drive through, didnt take my number for rewards, i told her this she said shed take at the window. She did not. I just let it go. In the past ive gotten hair in my food, let it go. Its unfortunate because its close to where i live and i want it to be great. And the food is not exactly cheap either. The inside cafe is beautiful, fireplace and cozy seats. Just seems like the staff or management could use some help.

I ordered a Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup for pickup. When I got back to my motel which was about a 16 minute drive round trip, my grilled cheese was not even toasted. Might have been on the grill for about 5 seconds. It was like it was just on white bread. Terrible. And the tomato soup didn’t have any croutons with it like it shows in the picture, but it was pretty good anyway. I called the store and I did receive a refund for my sandwich, but a very disappointing experience with this location. I’m left wanting for a good quality GRILLED cheese!

Just picked up takeout, and I’m not pleased. I ordered a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich expecting something remotely similar to was pictured on the Panera website, and instead received this poor substitute. In my humble opinion, this was a complete waste of $9.49, and can’t but help feel scammed.

This morning I went through the drive-through at Panera. It was 7:40 AM. I had a simple order of just a drink and a pastry I pulled up. There was one car in front of me. I then proceeded to sit in that line for 25 minutes. I called the store because I was late for where I had to go and I had now been in that line for a half hour when I called and asked to speak to a manager. The woman was mumbling so I could not get her name and told me that she was short staffed and they were trying the best they could and I said I was sitting in line for a half hour and in the past I was told to go away in the front and one of the drive up line so everyone else behind was not waiting. She was completely nasty on the phone and said “well if you didn’t have me on the phone right now, I could be working on the order”. finally when it was my turn, she refused to open the window and told me to just Keep going and to leave since I was in an apparent rush. I never received my drink or my pastry, and I proceeded to leave the line because I was not gonna argue with somebody through a closed window. Through the window I could also see two other workers just standing around doing absolutely nothing there is nobody inside the café. This is awful customer service and if she is a manager, she should no longer be one.

Nice, new location, but kitchen staff is horrible. Three times now they get my sandwich order wrong and every time I am met with a very defensive, no wrong attitude. Never again.

Food is always fine. The worker at the drive through truly made this easy experience so much more difficult than it needed to be. I placed a mobile order for a Mac and cheese for the drive through and when we got there we were told we had to park and keep driving around to see if it was ready?? Kind of ridiculous especially because no one was in the drive through. The SECOND we parked it was suddenly ready?? We pull back through the drive through and the lady practically threw the Mac and cheese in the bag at us and rolled her eyes. There is no need for such negativity especially when we were just picking up.

I have gone to this Panera bread many times service is typically slow, however tonight I waited 45mins to order and receive my food which is the longest I have ever waited for drive through food. I have been to many Panera bread locations and this one seems to always be under staffed.

Panera Bread is amazing. In place is extremely clean and staff members are all so friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed the time and food with my Other brother and his family.. we had 4 young children under age of 5years old and we all had a very pleasant experience at Panera Bread on Rt 23 in Butler.
They have lots of seating and two areas with comfortable chairs/ seating with 2 fire places.
Must check them out..
