Gave this location several tries however sandwich ingredients were consistently not fresh (brown avocados, turkey still completely frozen, old lettuce). Really surprising considering how expensive Panera is. Sandwiches next door at Wawa are much better in quality and price.

Just picked up takeout, and I’m not pleased. I ordered a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich expecting something remotely similar to was pictured on the Panera website, and instead received this poor substitute. In my humble opinion, this was a complete waste of $9.49, and can’t but help feel scammed.

My one visit there was extremely disappointing. I ordered a chicken poppyseed salad, and it took me at least 30 minutes to get what I had asked for. The staff was incredibly rude to me when I politely asked how much longer it would be, and I could hear the manager yelling at her employees. The overall cleanliness of the location was extremely lacking, especially the bathrooms looking like they hadn’t been cleaned for at least a month. Overall, I wish I had spent money somewhere else, and I hope this helps people to not waste their hard earned money there.

The restaurant is dirty and just nasty!!! The employees are always rude and seem unhappy! Hearing how the manager yells at them like she is a drill Sargent! Wow I feel bad for this people for dealing with her on a daily basis she’s nuts! It takes sooo long to get food. It’s worth the drive to one of the Wayne stores. As a successful business owner myself. The way these employees are treated makes sense why the service is terrible. Learn how to treat your employees like humans not dogs. It’s not hard to simple not raise your voice or yell at them. The employee even looked like they were ready to cry as if they had been dealing with it all day I as a business person hope to see it fail ! THE MANAGERS WILL LEARN THEN

Panera has upped their game as far as helping out persons with food allergies. You can use their kiosk inside to order. You import your food allergies. And you can get suggestions on the menu. That will accommodate your situation. They have multiple sauces. And there are several sauces I can use. I can’t eat soy or dairy or have some trouble with gluten. So it’s nice to narrow down my choices. I gave my customized selections saved in my profile and I can order them easily. Nice to sit by the gas fireplace or outside in nice weather.

Ordered the “you pick two” and got a small Mac & cheese and a Half Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken. The salad was gross. The chicken was slimy and I found a bone in my salad. Threw all the chicken out. Most of the berries were slimy and on the verge of being rotten. The mac and cheese portion was tiny- maybe a few forkfuls total. These two small items were over $18. I’ll never be coming back. What a disappointment.

I had gotten a gift card for Mother’s Day. Was told it doesn’t work. Corporate checked the balance and it is active and working. This was a brand new card out of the sleeve. Not one sitting in my purse.

I had a horrible experience at this location. Portions were small, the quality of food was poor. The manager was yelling at the employees and they looked miserable, which I don’t blame them. I’d be miserable too if I had a witch of a manager speaking to me as if I’m beneath them. I will never return to this location and I highly advise everyone reading this to take your money elsewhere.
