I don’t leave reviews bc I work in the service industry. I love this location but have been many times and every single time something has been missing from the order. I check every time I leave now. They’ve never had an issue getting me the missing item, and I wouldn’t care if it was a free extra (like utensils or the side of bread), but it’s usually an item I’m paying for. (In the past it’s been half of a pick 2, a bread bowl, etc) At a certain point the systems in place to double check the order need to be reevaluated.

This location is always running short on several items. There’s also one lady there who has an attitude every time I go in there. I purposely place my order online and wait until whenever I get a confirmation that my food is ready to go in to pick it up. I give her my name and she looks at me beyond confused saying “no”. I’m not sure what she was saying no to as I received the text my food was ready several minutes prior to. I waited a bit confused and she then asked me again what my name was, and found that my food was ready the entire time. Customer service here isn’t all that. The portions are disappointing as well. Not sure if it’s different when you “dine in” but whenever it’s take out, it’s a fraction of the portion, or items incorrect/missing.
