One thing that I don’t like is dirty places. Every time I visit this location the floors looks dirty and as well the tables. They have a lot of parking because the business is in a mall. Oh yea the have outdoor seats but I don’t think that anyone wants to seat there. Well the picture will tell you a little bit. The service was ok. The building as an overall is falling behind. The food came out very quick.

They have a gentleman there with long hair (usually in the front) who is the nicest and most helpful guy a Panera has had. One other employee, not so much. Hope she learns a thing or two from him. Overall, a favorite to go to still.

The food here is absolutely amazing. Very high quality, fresh ingredients. However, they have a habit of missing items or including wrong items in the order! This is BEYOND frustrating, specially since I get delivery and don’t have access to a car during the day. I wish they cared more about including the right items with delivery orders. Please implement a protocol where employees can double check to see if the orders are correct or not. Do something! This has happened so many times to the point I felt a need to come on here and say something.

This is the place to go if you want overpriced cafeteria food. Unfortunately the service and food prep at this location has been lacking for quite some time. Want some food do yourself a favor and just stop into shop rite buy a can of soup, some deli meat, bread and make your self a sandwich not only will it probably taste better it’ll be a fraction of the cost and you’ll have your meal in a timely fashion. We gave them another chance since the last time we went it was pretty busy so maybe they were short staffed, but this is the last time we’ll be stepping in there. Not worth it at all just an unpleasant experience overall.

trying to get a cup for a drink you ordered in the app at this location is worse than going to the dmv. you have to wait in line which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead, and that’s only half the battle- you also have to wait for an employee to come out of the back and try to catch their attention as they run fastly away from you. then you have to convince them that you really did order a drink in the app, and they will NOT want to believe you. basically, lawyer up if you order a drink here or at least bring a parent or guardian because you won’t be able to handle it on your own. maybe it’s weird to order ahead here and if it is i’m sorry for confusing everyone, but this has consistently been my experience at this location and i just think something is not working with this system

I never really liked Panera for food and they have no vegan options anyway, they have the free sip club trial and it is nice to have a free drink once in a while, but almost always the coffees are not hot enough. It is very nice that they have almond milk out to use. I have found the cashiers to be fine and the bathrooms clean. It gets very busy when school lets out.

Went and got a fugi apple salad, the workers put frozen chicken on my salad, no apple chips, no onions and no dressing. I found out when I got home and came back. I wasn’t looking for a handout but as a business manger or employee you would offer your costumer a free cookie, drink ect. Instead I waited 10 minutes for them to make a new salad and they were not very busy.
