Employees don’t enjoy their job and/or environment, as a consequence they are rude, unresponsive, impersonal and unpleasant. The establishment is not clean. My salad was soaked with dressing. Bread hard and cold. They don’t even look into your eyes when interacting. Poor customer service and not enjoyable atmosphere. Do yourself a favor, visit another Panera around the area.

Management is consistently letting down the workers preparing food and seem to take no ownership of getting orders out in a timely fashion. I ordered a blueberry scone through the app while I drove over. I walk in 7 minutes after placing the order. My name is first on the screen and says it’s being prepared. 10 mins pass while one girl (glasses and bandana) is the ONLY one making or preparing any food. I hear people including the manager just shooting the breeze then the manager goes “Does someone want to get this blueberry scone? I’m going to bump it.” Not only does this mean they are lying about the time it takes to prep orders, but the manager couldn’t even bother to go get the scone herself. I point out that I’m waiting so if someone could get it that would be great. I get handed a scone in a bag – no napkins, no receipt, no thank you for coming to Panera. This is consistently the experience at Fountain Square. You can’t expect your workers to work hard if you don’t. I’ve had other visits where sandwiches had to be remade simply because they were left to sit on a counter while I stood there waiting and the worker was “confused” because they bumped orders.

Was very disappointed in the amount of tunafish in my sandwich. There was so little I thought they forgot it. The past few times I’ve gotten this sandwich it’s been less and less. The salad and customer service was great though.

This place is a mess! I placed an order, a few weeks ago, and I got a message saying “thank you for your order” – it was never delivered! People waited for two hours…nothing. Then, the last time I tried I called and called, let the phone ring until I was disconnected! I called a little while ago and spoke with an associate who stated they DO have the items I want but they no longer deliver. Went to door dash and grub hub and they either DO NOT offer the items or state they are NOT available! So very disappointing as I did have several good experiences ordering from them in the past.

Shelton location is very clean. Customer service was great! The food was good as well. Southwest salad is delicious. A bit pricey but good ingredients so can’t complain.

This location is much better than the Derby location. The Shelton store has all the items on their menu, clean, and well kept store, will be returning only to this location.

Much disappointment when using the app for Rapid Pick-Up. After receiving notification that my order was ready, I proceeded inside. When I enter the restaurant, I discovered my Latte wasn’t ready. After 10 minutes, my Latte was finally ready. I wouldn’t recommend ordering any coffee beverages, if it takes 15 minutes to prepare from this location.

Really great and fast service. Has plenty of indoor seating and also has a small area for outdoor seating with umbrellas! I have not used the mobile app for pick up only but so have seen a good amount of people running in grabbing there food and going out the door.
