Atmosphere was kinda bougee and the lady completely ignored me but was talking about trying a free sample of whatever to everyone else I don’t like places like that.

My husband & I ordered soup & a tuna sandwich today from Panera in Shelton CT. Never again. There was so much mayo in the tuna, it all squeezed out of the sandwiches all over the wrapper. It tasted terrible. The lettuce was wilted and old. The soup is supposed to come with croutons but neither of us got croutons. Terrible experience. We called the general Panera complaint number & told them. They apologized but offered no compensation of any kind. They reassured us that we’d “remain anonymous”. I told him I could care less because we won’t be going to Panera again anyway. They are way too expensive to be so bad. Jersey Mikes’s makes MUCH better tuna and is always consistent. Bye Panera! Don’t waste your money here.

Enjoyed a nice meal with my friend. We were able to talk without having the hustle of wait staff coming over. The food is always good.

I know times are tough for people and businesses alike. And I am not one to complain or post reviews often. But I have to say that receiving a $13 sandwich that has literally one layer of meat is a unacceptable. The atmosphere is great. Service is great. But I can’t cosign selling a sandwich this skimpy to your patrons.

Loved this place. The Mediterranean veggie sandwich and rich, creamy tomato soup were delicious. Service was good and quick. There was ample space and ample seating options inside.

I was ordering for 10 people and I cannot express how helpful the staff were. From suggesting appropriate portions to recommending what the correct mix of food should be.
Popping in again for a second group order and they were able to pull up my prior order. It was fast and efficient. Highly recommended for group lunches.

Hey- thanks and great job for messing my lunch order up once again. No spoon included despite request and being checked off on the ticket. Corn chowder must have been the bottom of the pot and had the appearance and consistency of orange pudding. Yummy. And my brownie cake bite was also not included, despite being checked off on the ticket and paid for. Great lunch experience, and its not the first time. I’ll go back to Jersey Mikes just at the other end of the same plaza, they seem less challenged by the lunch rush.
